夏季高温条件下稀浆混合料可拌和时间试验分析

【摘要】:高温条件下稀浆混合料的可拌和时间显著缩短,直接影响微表处施工效果。通过提高集料温度及室外高温拌和摊铺,模拟实际工程中的高温情况,研究了乳化沥青生产时的乳化剂用量、拌和时的水泥用量、外加水量、外加水中添加乳化剂等措施,对常温和高温下改善可拌和时间的效果进行比较。结果表明:拌和时增加外加水中的乳化剂用量,是延长夏季高温时可拌和时间的有效措施。
[Abstract]:The mixing time of slurry mixture is shortened obviously under high temperature, which directly affects the construction effect of microsurfacing. By increasing the aggregate temperature and outdoor high temperature mixing and spreading, simulating the high temperature in the actual engineering, the paper studies the emulsifier dosage in emulsified asphalt production, the cement content in mixing, and the addition of emulsifier in water, etc. The effects of improving mixing time at room temperature and high temperature were compared. The results show that increasing the amount of emulsifier in added water during mixing is an effective measure to prolong the mixing time at high temperature in summer.
