深圳北环电缆隧道盾构遇锚索群处理技术

【摘要】:深圳北环电缆隧道盾构在掘进过程中,遇建筑基坑大面积深埋地下锚索群,根据电缆隧道与虹湾花园建筑基坑的位置关系、地面环境和工程水文地质条件,从造价、工期、环境影响和施工风险等方面对比分析,确定采用带压进仓清除锚索和人工挖探井、液压千斤顶拔锚相结合的方案,通过刀盘前方土体袖阀管加固和膨润土筑泥膜保压,进行带压进仓将缠绕刀盘上的锚索清除;通过人工配合卷扬机跳孔挖探井、液压千斤顶拔除刀盘前方锚索,成功将大面积深埋地下锚索快速清除。解决了锚索群对盾构施工的影响,确保盾构安全顺利通过。
[Abstract]:In the process of shield tunneling of Shenzhen North Ring Cable Tunnel, when encountering a large area of deep-buried underground anchor cable group in the foundation pit of the building, according to the location relationship between the cable tunnel and the foundation pit of Hongwan Garden Building, the ground environment and the hydrogeological conditions of the project, from the aspects of cost, construction period, environmental impact and construction risk, it is determined that the anchor cable group should be removed by using the pressurized advance bin The scheme combining with manual drilling and hydraulic jack pulling anchor is adopted to reinforce the soil sleeve valve tube in front of the cutter head and keep the pressure of bentonite mud film. The anchor rope on the winding cutter head is removed by pressing into the warehouse, and the anchor rope in front of the cutter head is successfully pulled out by hydraulic jack through manual hoist jumping hole to dig the exploration well. The quick clearance eliminates the influence of anchor group on shield construction and ensures the smooth and smooth passage of shield.
