典型大跨度桥梁断面雷诺数效应研究

【摘要】:进入20世纪以后,随着社会的快速发展,各国兴起了建设大跨度桥梁的热潮。而在大跨度桥梁的设计和建设过程中,风荷载是需要考虑的重要因素,对风荷载进行准确计算对于大桥的结构安全和成本控制具有重要意义。作为桥梁抗风设计和研究中的突出问题,雷诺数效应问题一直没有得到很好解决,而桥梁断面的流线化使得雷诺数问题越来越突出。此外,关于试验中重要影响因素的长宽比,很少有研究分析其对桥梁断面雷诺数效应的影响。本文以一种典型实桥断面——扁平箱形桥梁断面作为研究对象,针对其雷诺数效应问题以及长宽比可能产生的影响,进行了以下研究:首先以低雷诺数条件下的静力测压试验对其三分力系数、风压分布以及相关性随雷诺数变化情况进行深入研究,研究发现:阻力系数受雷诺数影响最大,扭矩系数次之,而升力系数受影响最小;雷诺数对表面风压分布影响整体较小,平均风压系数的最小值点对于雷诺数研究有着重要意义;此外,雷诺数对桥梁模型底板和下游斜腹板的三分力系数周向相关性影响较大。其次通过分析三种不同长宽比对同样断面三分力系数、风压分布以及相关性随雷诺数变化的影响,发现雷诺数对阻力系数和升力系数的影响随着长宽比增大而变大;长宽比对平均风压系数随雷诺数变化的影响主要体现在风压系数最小值点附近区域的变化;长宽比对三分力系数周向相关性随雷诺数变化情况的影响主要体现在桥梁断面上表面部分。
[Abstract]:After entering the 20 th century, with the rapid development of society, the upsurge of building long-span bridges has arisen in many countries. In the process of design and construction of long-span bridges, wind load is an important factor to be considered, and accurate calculation of wind load is of great significance for structural safety and cost control of the bridge. As a prominent problem in the design and research of bridge wind resistance, the problem of Reynolds number effect has not been solved well, and the problem of Reynolds number is becoming more and more prominent due to the streamline of bridge section. In addition, as to the aspect ratio of the important factors in the test, few studies have been done to analyze the effect of the influence on the Reynolds number effect of the bridge section. In this paper, a typical real bridge cross-section-flat box-shaped bridge section is taken as the research object, aiming at the Reynolds number effect and the possible effect of aspect ratio. The following studies are carried out: firstly, the variation of the three-point force coefficient, wind pressure distribution and correlation with Reynolds number is deeply studied by static pressure measurement under the condition of low Reynolds number. It is found that the resistance coefficient is the most affected by Reynolds number. The influence of Reynolds number on surface wind pressure distribution is small, and the minimum point of average wind pressure coefficient is of great significance to the study of Reynolds number. Reynolds number has a great influence on the circumferential correlation of the three-point force coefficient between the bottom plate of the bridge model and the downstream oblique web. Secondly, by analyzing the influence of three different aspect ratios on the ratio of the three forces of the same section, the distribution of wind pressure and the correlation with Reynolds number, it is found that the influence of Reynolds number on drag coefficient and lift coefficient increases with the increase of aspect ratio. The effect of aspect ratio on the variation of average wind pressure coefficient with Reynolds number is mainly reflected in the region near the minimum point of wind pressure coefficient. The effect of aspect ratio on the circumferential correlation of the three-point force coefficient with Reynolds number is mainly reflected in the upper surface of the bridge section.
