大型宽幅摊铺机螺旋分料器仿真与系统参数优化
[Abstract]:For the high-grade highway in China, the pavement quality and service life have been affected by the "segregation" problem. With the rapid development of road construction, the scientific and technological requirements of paver are becoming more and more high, and the research and development of large and wide paver is highly valued by the paver industry at home and abroad. However, because of the relatively weak technical foundation in our country, the import of large wide spread pavers still occupies the domestic market. As the main working device of paver, the screw separator plays an important role in the quality of material separation. In this paper, aiming at the inhomogeneity of the material on the required width and the non-uniformity of the mixing in the large wide spread paver, the force and motion of the mixed grain in the screw separator are analyzed, and the simulation model of the screw separator is established. The influence of the structure and working parameters of the screw separator on the movement of mixed particles is discussed. At the same time, the variable diameter variable pitch model is established, and the corresponding optimization improvement scheme is put forward. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the structure and working principle of the screw separator are studied, and the force and motion of the particles under the action of the screw separator are analyzed. The influence of the main structure and working parameters of the screw separator on the movement of mixed granular material is discussed, and the reasons for the segregation of the granular material are found out. At the same time, the spreading speed, scraping plate speed and spiral speed model are established to realize the effective matching of the three speeds. (2) the finite element simulation model of the screw separator is established, and the flow field simulation of the asphalt mixture particle movement in the screw separator is carried out. The influence of the structure and working parameters of the screw separator on the uniformity of the radial load and the effect of the mixing effect are discussed. (3) the influence of the helical discontinuity caused by the existence of the suspender on the separation effect is analyzed. And the optimization design is carried out. (4) the variable diameter variable pitch mathematical model is used to optimize the parameters of the screw separation mechanism, and the feasibility of the variable diameter variable pitch technology is verified theoretically, and the optimization results are verified by finite element analysis. Determine the optimal structure of the variable diameter and pitch screw splitter.
