岩溶地区地下水渗流结晶堵塞隧道排水管机理研究及处治建议

【摘要】:本文针对运营岩溶隧道排水系统由于地下水渗流运动在隧道排水管内生成的沉淀结晶物与泥沙和围岩颗粒及围岩碎片等共同作用而堵塞失效的问题进行了相关研究。在分析总结前人研究成果的基础上,结合模型试验,对影响隧道排水系统堵塞的因素进行了相关分析研究,主要的研究工作如下:1.对依托工程隧道进行现场调研,分析了隧道排水管内堵塞物的化学成分,同时分析了排水管内的水溶液样品的离子种类及浓度。分析了造成隧道排水系统堵塞的原因,并阐述了影响隧道排水管内沉淀结晶物生成的作用因素。2.利用经验公式以及DBL理论公式计算了隧道排水管内沉淀结晶物的理论结晶速率,得出DBL理论公式比较适合计算岩溶隧道排水管内沉淀结晶物的结晶速率。3.采用模型试验对不同纵向排水管坡度及流量流速作用下排水管内沉淀结晶物生成的规律进行观察,通过对比以15天为试验周期,排水管及弯头的质量变化来判断纵向排水管坡度及流量流速这两个因素对排水管内沉淀结晶物生成的具体作用。4.在对岩溶隧道排水管堵塞原因分析的基础上,提出在隧道排水系统中局部采用波纹纵向排水管、在隧道排水管内加入CA(碳酸酐酶)及在隧道排水管内及时放入高效阻垢剂等措施可以有效抑制排水管内沉淀结晶物的生成,进而延缓隧道排水管的堵塞进程。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the clogging failure of karst tunnel drainage system due to the joint action of sediment, surrounding rock particles and surrounding rock debris caused by groundwater seepage movement in tunnel drainage pipe is studied in this paper. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the previous research results and combining with the model test, the factors affecting the blockage of the tunnel drainage system are analyzed and studied. The main research work is as follows: 1. Based on the field investigation of the tunnel, the chemical composition of the blockage in the drainage pipe of the tunnel was analyzed, and the ion species and concentration of the aqueous solution in the drainage pipe were analyzed at the same time. The causes of tunnel drainage system blockage are analyzed, and the factors affecting the formation of precipitated crystals in tunnel drainage pipes are expounded. The theoretical crystallization rate of precipitated crystals in tunnel drainage pipes is calculated by using empirical formula and DBL formula. It is concluded that the theoretical formula of DBL is more suitable for calculating the crystallization rate of precipitated crystals in karst tunnel drainage pipes. Model test was used to observe the formation of precipitated crystals in drains under the action of slope and flow velocity of different longitudinal drains, and a 15-day experimental period was compared. The quality changes of drainage pipes and elbows are used to judge the concrete effects of the slope and flow velocity of longitudinal drains on the formation of precipitated crystals in drainage pipes. Based on the analysis of the reasons for the blockage of karst tunnel drainage pipes, the corrugated longitudinal drainage pipes are used locally in the tunnel drainage system. The addition of CA (carbonic anhydrase) into the tunnel drainage pipe and the timely addition of high efficiency scale inhibitor into the tunnel drainage pipe can effectively inhibit the formation of precipitated crystals in the drainage pipe and delay the blocking process of the tunnel drainage pipe.
