大跨度公路隧道施工过程安全控制与管理实践研究

【摘要】:穆陵关隧道属于单向三车道公路隧道,是青州至临沭高速公路关键控制性工程,埋深最大为40米,最小为5米,为典型的浅埋大跨度公路隧道。隧道工程地质条件复杂,下穿有2000多年历史的齐长城遗址,隧址区地貌为典型的冲蚀沟“鸡爪形”,围岩以强风化花岗岩为主。基于复杂的工程条件,隧道施工过程中围岩安全控制尤为重要,本文结合隧道地质超前预报和监控量测,基于现场管理体制,构建了隧道施工过程中围岩安全控制的管理体系,主要研究内容如下:(1)根据穆陵关隧道工程地质和隧道施工特性,考虑地表齐长城遗址的保护,确定了穆陵关隧道地表沉降控制标准。(2)根据隧道围岩稳定性影响因素,提出隧道工程安全控制相关措施。(3)为确保了隧道施工安全;采用现场监控量测,及时调整施工措施,齐长城遗址施工段最大地表沉降控制在标准范围以内,保证了历史文物的安全。(4)针对近些年出现的隧道工程事故,对隧道工程事故进行了分类,结合隧道工程施工特点、隧道工程管理事故原因以及目前存在的施工管理体系问题,通过穆陵关隧道的管理实践,建立了隧道工程安全控制管理体系。
[Abstract]:Mulingguan Tunnel is a one-way three-lane highway tunnel. It is a key control project of Qingzhou-Linshu Expressway. The maximum buried depth is 40 meters and the minimum is 5 meters. It is a typical shallow buried large-span highway tunnel. The geological conditions of tunnel engineering are complicated, and the site of Qithe Great Wall, which has a history of more than 2000 years, is located in the tunnel area. The geomorphology of the tunnel area is typical erosion ditch "Jijiao", and the surrounding rock is dominated by strongly weathered granite. Based on the complex engineering conditions, the safety control of surrounding rock in tunnel construction process is particularly important. This paper combines the tunnel geological forecast and monitoring measurement, based on the field management system, constructs the safety control management system of surrounding rock in the course of tunnel construction. The main research contents are as follows: (1) according to the engineering geology and tunnel construction characteristics of Mulingguan Tunnel, considering the protection of the site of the Great Wall, the control standard of surface subsidence of Mulingguan Tunnel is determined. (2) according to the influence factors of surrounding rock stability of the tunnel, In order to ensure the safety of tunnel construction, to adopt on-site monitoring and measurement and adjust construction measures in time, the maximum surface subsidence of the construction section of the Great Wall site is controlled within the standard range. The safety of historical relics is ensured. (4) in view of the tunnel engineering accidents in recent years, the tunnel engineering accidents are classified, combined with the characteristics of tunnel construction, the causes of tunnel engineering management accidents and the problems existing in the current construction management system. Through the management practice of Mulingguan tunnel, the safety control management system of tunnel engineering is established.
