硅烷白炭黑改性沥青混合料稳定性性能研究

【摘要】:沥青路面由于其施工工艺简单、养护维修方便、行车舒适性良好及开放交通时间短等优点被广泛应用于公路建设中。近年来,随着我国国民经济的飞速发展,人民的生活得到了普遍的提高,人们对于出行的舒适性、安全性要求也越来越高。沥青路面是公路建设的主体,我国公路建设中有90%以上都是沥青路面,因此沥青路面的病害问题成为人们关注的焦点。南方地区夏季温度高,最高可达到40℃,路面温度可达到60~70℃,沥青由于温度过高表现出松软、粘结力下降导致沥青路面出现车辙、拥包等病害。东北地区冬季温度过低,最低温度可达到-30℃,,路面温度可达到-40℃~-50℃,由于温度过低,沥青表现为脆性,东北地区每年因冰冻及春季冻融破坏的路面达70%左右。 论文经过大量调查,针对沥青路面夏季车辙、拥包,冬季低温开裂等一系列病害问题,提出以硅烷白炭黑对沥青进行改性以改善沥青路面的高温稳定性、水稳定性及低温抗裂性能。 对于硅烷白炭黑的应用,由于其粒度小、分散性好及疏水性等优点,近年来广泛应用于橡胶、塑料工业,同时由于其无色无毒,也被应用在涂料、日用品化妆品等行业中。论文根据阅读大量文献,了解硅烷白炭黑优缺点,将其加入基质沥青对其进行改性,了解其对路用沥青上的影响。首先通过高速剪切仪加入不同掺量的沥青进行针入度、软化点、粘度等性能测试,通过测试结果确定硅烷白炭黑在沥青中的最佳掺量。其次,通过沥青性能试验测试出的硅烷白炭黑最佳掺量,对其进行老化及化学验证,主要通过沥青老化、水煮试验及Tg分析试验确定硅烷白炭黑改性沥青的粘附性、老化性能及化学性能的优越性,为硅烷白炭黑改性沥青在路用性能上的研究奠定基础。最后,通过对硅烷白炭黑改性沥青混合料稳定性进行研究,将基质沥青混合料及硅烷白炭黑改性沥青混合料路用性能进行对比,主要包括:马歇尔稳定度试验、浸水马歇尔及真空饱水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、车辙试验。通过实验研究确定硅烷白炭黑改性沥青混合料的路用性能较基质沥青混合料有很大程度的改善,从而为硅烷白炭黑改性沥青混合料在公路建设中的应用提供理论基础。 硅烷白炭黑应用在沥青路面充当改性剂是一种新型材料,论文主要通过沥青及沥青混合料的常规试验及化学试验对其进行分析验证,通过试验得出硅烷白炭黑在沥青混合料的高温稳定性及水稳定性有很好地改善,对其低温抗裂性能研究改善效果不是特别明显,但低温抗裂性能试验研究较少,沥青化学、物理性能有待进一步研究。
