自走式路缘石滑模机关键部件设计及仿真

【摘要】:自走式路缘石滑模机是智能自适应铺制路缘石、防护栏以及拦水带等构造的施工机械。目前国内路缘石的铺设主要以预制铺砌水泥混凝土路缘石为主,其缺点是劳动强度大,工作效率低、摊铺路缘石的成本高、摊铺质量也难以得到保证。针对上述问题,在吸收借鉴国外路缘石滑模机先进技术的基础上,采用实体建模与有限元分析相结合的方法,对该类设备进行深入研究,以实现自走式自适应路缘石滑模机的自主设计。本次研究以秦皇岛市卢龙华通工程机械厂自主生产的HT8自走式路缘石滑模机为研究对象,对该机关键部件进行了有限元分析,为自走式路缘石滑模机的改进设计奠定了基础。主要研究内容如下:(1)以秦皇岛市卢龙华通工程机械厂生产的HT8自走式路缘石滑模机为研究对象,分析该机工作原理,确定主要技术参数,对自走式路缘石滑模机的主要部件进行了三维设计并进行了装配。(2)对自走式路缘石滑模机的料斗、机架、底盘、转弯控制装置等关键部件进行研究,并对自走式路缘石滑模机的关键部件进行建模仿真分析,依据仿真分析,对其结构进行优化,在保证自走式路缘石滑模机滑模质量和滑模精度的基础上降低滑模机的生产成本。(3)设计出独特的自适应转向与调平控制系统,实现自走式路缘石滑模机的自适应转向与找平,解决复杂路况对滑模机作业造成的路缘石铺制高低不平、弯道处路缘石滑模的偏差问题。
[Abstract]:The self-moving road edge stone slide-form machine is an intelligent self-adaptive construction machine with the structure of road edge stone, protective fence and water retaining belt. At present, the prefabricated cement concrete pavement edge stone is the main paving method in our country, which has the disadvantages of high labor intensity, low work efficiency, high cost of paving road edge stone, and difficult to guarantee the spreading quality. In order to solve the above problems, on the basis of absorbing and drawing lessons from the advanced technology of the road edge sliding mode machine abroad, the method of combining solid modeling with finite element analysis is used to study the equipment. In order to realize the self-walking self-adaptive road edge slide-mode machine independent design. In this study, the HT8 self-propelled stone sliding machine produced by Lulong Huatong Engineering Machinery Factory of Qinhuangdao City was taken as the research object. The finite element analysis of the key parts of the machine was carried out, which laid a foundation for the improvement of the design of the self-propelled road edge stone slide form machine. The main contents of the research are as follows: (1) taking the HT8 self-propelled stone slide machine produced by Lulong Huatong Engineering Machinery Factory of Qinhuangdao as the research object, the working principle of the machine is analyzed, and the main technical parameters are determined. Three-dimensional design and assembly of the main components of the self-propelled kerb slide mode machine are carried out. (2) the key parts of the self-walking road edge slide mode machine, such as hopper, frame, chassis, turning control device, and so on, are studied. And the key components of the self-propelled road edge stone sliding mode machine are modeled and simulated. According to the simulation analysis, the structure of the machine is optimized. On the basis of ensuring the sliding mode quality and precision of the slide mode machine, the production cost of the sliding mode machine is reduced. (3) A unique adaptive steering and leveling control system is designed to realize the adaptive steering and leveling of the self-propelled road edge slide mode machine. To solve the problem of the road edge stone laying uneven caused by complex road conditions to the slide machine, and the deviation of the road edge stone slide form at the bend.
