基于光、热、湿耦合老化的不同类型温拌沥青性能对比研究

【摘要】:温拌沥青(Warm Mix Asphalt简称WMA)是相对于传统的热拌沥青(Hot Mix Asphalt简称HMA)而言的一种新技术,它通过一定的技术措施使得沥青混合料在低于热拌沥青的拌合温度下进行拌合与压实。同时保持温拌沥青混合料有不低于HMA沥青混合料的性能,并减少能源消耗和废气排放。沥青的耦合老化是指沥青在几种不同的老化条件共同作用下的老化。本文依托重庆市科委自然基金(101033)《低碳排放复合SBS改性沥青混泥土开发与动静态特征性研究》,展开对基于降粘和表面活性技术的温拌沥青性能的比对研究。选取AH70#基质沥青、SBS改性沥青,分别添加有机降粘温拌剂Sasobit和表面活性温拌剂DAT,对比分析不同温拌剂对两种沥青的性能影响。采用规范规定老化条件和基于光、热、湿的耦合老化条件,对有机降粘温拌剂Sasobit和表面活性温拌剂DAT改性的温拌沥青老化前后性能变化和老化敏感性进行了较深入的研究。论文采用胶结料针入度评价体系和SHRP胶结料评价体系,首先比对研究了老化前温拌剂Sasobit和DAT对AH70#基质沥青和SBS改性沥青性能的影响,然后基于RTFOT老化条件,分析和评价了温拌沥青性能变化规律和老化敏感性。进一步研究了光、热、湿耦合老化条件下,温拌沥青常规性能、抗车辙性能、疲劳性能变化规律。找出了影响沥青老化性能的主要因素和次要因素,建立了相关数学模型,同时比较了两种温拌技术在环境耦合条件下性能的优劣,给出不同温拌沥青合理使用环境条件,为温拌技术在我国的发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:(Warm Mix Asphalt (WMA) is a new technology compared with the traditional hot asphalt (Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA). It makes the asphalt mixture mix and compacted under the mixing temperature of hot mix asphalt through certain technical measures. At the same time, the performance of warm mix asphalt mixture is not lower than that of HMA asphalt mixture, and energy consumption and exhaust gas emission are reduced. The coupled aging of asphalt refers to the aging of asphalt under several different aging conditions. Based on Chongqing Science and Technology Commission Natural Fund (101033) "Development and dynamic and static characteristics of low carbon Emission Composite SBS modified Asphalt concrete", a comparative study on the properties of warm mix asphalt based on viscosity reduction and surface activity technology was carried out. The AH70# matrix asphalt modified by Sasobit and the surface active warm mix agent DAT, were added respectively to analyze the effects of different warm-mix agents on the performance of the two kinds of asphalt. Based on the coupling aging conditions of light, heat and humidity, the properties and sensibility of warm asphalt modified by organic viscosity reducing agent Sasobit and surface active warm mix agent DAT were studied in this paper by means of standard aging conditions and coupling aging conditions based on light, heat and humidity. In this paper, the impact of Sasobit and DAT on the performance of AH70# matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt was studied by comparing the binder penetration evaluation system and SHRP binder evaluation system. Then, based on the aging conditions of RTFOT, the effects of Sasobit and DAT on the properties of AH70# matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt were studied. The performance change law and aging sensitivity of warm mix asphalt were analyzed and evaluated. The changes of conventional performance, rutting resistance and fatigue performance of warm asphalt under light, heat and wet coupling aging conditions were further studied. The main and secondary factors affecting asphalt aging performance were found out, and the related mathematical models were established. At the same time, the advantages and disadvantages of the two warm mixing technologies under the environmental coupling conditions were compared, and the reasonable environmental conditions for different warm mix asphalt were given. It provides reference for the development of warm mixing technology in China.
