隧道工程衬砌结构补强加固技术研究

【摘要】:隧道工程衬砌结构病害对其正常运营会造成极大的不便,甚至有可能引发相关安全事故。该文结合甘肃某公路隧道维修加固工程实践,在阐述其衬砌混凝土结构受力特性以及新型补强加固材料主要性能的基础上,通过Ansys软件,对其衬砌施工缺陷段的二衬结构安全性进行了有限元分析,也对该实例工程进行了多方案对比分析研究,提出了衬砌结构补强加固实施方案的具体合理工程技术措施;最后采用的"灌注裂缝胶+贴碳纤维布+新型网格状钢带补强"加固方法不仅施工工艺较为简单,而且对隧道原有衬砌结构的扰动性较小,具有良好的工程实际应用意义和推广价值。
[Abstract]:Tunnel lining diseases will cause great inconvenience to its normal operation and may even lead to related safety accidents. Based on the practice of a highway tunnel maintenance and reinforcement project in Gansu province, this paper expounds the mechanical characteristics of lining concrete structure and the main properties of new reinforcement materials, and adopts Ansys software. The safety of the second lining structure of its lining construction defect section is analyzed by finite element method, and the multi-scheme comparative analysis of the example project is also carried out, and the concrete and reasonable engineering technical measures for strengthening and strengthening the lining structure are put forward. In the end, the reinforcement method of "new type mesh steel strip reinforced with cast-in-place crack glue and carbon fiber cloth" is not only simple in construction technology, but also less disturbing to the original lining structure of tunnel. It has good practical application significance and popularization value.
