基于绿色交通的城市居民出行方式选择研究

【摘要】:随着我国城市经济的持续快速发展,城市化进程不断加快,城市居民的生活水平不断提高,交通需求不断增加。由此带来的交通拥堵、环境污染和能源消耗等问题也频繁发生,无法保证城市居民的生活环境质量,严重制约了我国城市经济的可持续发展,如近年来我国大部分城市的雾霾现象。因此,为了实现城市绿色交通,引导“绿色出行”,对城市居民绿色出行选择进行系统研究是非常必要的。首先在分析国内外学者对城市绿色交通和城市居民出行方式选择现有研究成果的基础上提出主要研究问题——基于绿色交通的城市居民出行方式选择研究,并定义引入了“环保敏感度”的概念,找出城市居民绿色出行选择的众多影响因素;其次利用解释结构模型法对所有影响因素进行定性分析,探讨出对城市居民绿色出行选择的直接影响因素为出行距离、出行心理需求、交通工具拥有情况、群体特征和公共交通工具配置及服务;再次通过对城市居民绿色出行选择构建结构方程模型,量化所选取影响因素的影响系数,明确其影响程度;最后以西安市为例,对其城市居民绿色出行选择进行实证研究,验证研究方法的适用性和准确性,得出环保敏感度对西安市城市居民绿色出行选择影响程度最大,交通工具拥有情况、公共交通工具配置及服务等因素的影响也不容忽视,并针对研究结果为引导西安市城市居民绿色出行提出相关对策建议。结合我国城市发展现状,以绿色交通为出发点,研究基于绿色交通的城市居民出行方式选择,符合现实需求。其在理论、方法和实践应用等方面的研究成果对交通管理者具有一定的理论参考价值和实践指导意义。
[Abstract]:With the sustained and rapid development of urban economy, the process of urbanization is accelerating, the living standard of urban residents is improving, and the traffic demand is increasing. The problems of traffic congestion, environmental pollution and energy consumption also occur frequently, which can not guarantee the quality of living environment of urban residents and seriously restrict the sustainable development of urban economy in China. For example, the haze phenomenon in most cities in China in recent years. Therefore, in order to realize urban green traffic and guide "green travel", it is very necessary to study the green travel choice of urban residents. First of all, on the basis of analyzing the existing research results of urban green transportation and urban residents' travel mode choice, the main research issues-the study of urban residents' travel mode choice based on green traffic, are put forward. The concept of "environmental sensitivity" is introduced to find out the influence factors of urban residents' green travel choice. Secondly, we use the method of explanatory structure model to qualitatively analyze all the influencing factors. The direct influencing factors of green travel choice for urban residents are travel distance, travel psychological demand, vehicle ownership, group characteristics and public transportation allocation and service. Thirdly, through constructing the structural equation model of green trip choice of urban residents, quantifying the influence coefficient of the selected influencing factors, making clear the influence degree; finally, taking Xi'an as an example, the paper makes an empirical study on the green travel choice of urban residents. To verify the applicability and accuracy of the research method, it is concluded that the environmental sensitivity has the greatest impact on the green travel choice of Xi'an city residents, and the influence of such factors as vehicle ownership, public transport allocation and service can not be ignored. According to the results of the study, some suggestions are put forward to guide the green travel of Xi'an city residents. Based on the current situation of urban development in China, the paper studies the choice of urban residents' travel mode based on green traffic, which is in line with the actual needs. The research results in theory, method and practical application have certain theoretical reference value and practical guiding significance for traffic management.
