外海预应力混凝土双层桥梁施工关键技术研究

【摘要】:本论文依托大连星海湾跨海大桥西引桥,全面研究了外海预应力混凝土双层桥梁主体工程施工和临时工程的设计施工的关键技术,分析相关技术的原理,研究施工方法,并总结相关经验。第一章,分析总结了近年来国内外跨海大桥、双层桥梁和跨海双层桥梁的发展概况,并介绍了我国首座跨海双层公路桥,即大连星海湾大桥的项目背景、技术难点、选定课题研究内容和研究技术路线;第二章,研究我国最长的裸岩区跨海桥梁临时栈桥的设计和施工关键技术,通过经济比选,选取最合理的设计方案、研究主要参数的取值、利用有限元分析结构的受力情况和整体稳定性,最后研发三种裸岩区钢管桩施工工法,并成功实践,全面总结了外海裸岩区栈桥的设计和施工关键技术;第三章,研究海上岩溶地区桩基的施工关键技术,重点探索海上裸岩区钢护筒沉放的施工方法,并推导了海水造浆液面高度的数学计算公式,为不同土质桩基施工造浆的液面高度提供计算原理;第四章,研究了海上高桩没水承台钢吊箱的设计施工关键技术,通过方案比选,选定合理结构,研究钢吊箱设计计算的参数取值,并利用有限元进行钢吊箱结构静力分析和动力时程分析,探索钢吊箱结构的受力机理和模态,研究了适合外海大风浪高桩承台的钢吊箱施工关键技术;第五章,研究了外海双层桥梁的上部结构施工关键技术,重点探索下墩柱、下横梁、上横梁、双层箱梁的施工关键技术和支撑结构体系,并选取大型施工船机。通过以上内容的研究,对外海双层桥梁施工的关键技术进行全面总结,为类似工程提供参考。
[Abstract]:Based on the west approach bridge of Dalian Xinghai Bay Bridge, this paper studies the key technology of the construction of the main body of the prestressed concrete bridge and the design and construction of the temporary project, analyzes the principle of the related technology, and studies the construction method. And summarize the relevant experience. In the first chapter, the development situation of sea crossing bridge, double deck bridge and cross sea double deck bridge at home and abroad are analyzed and summarized, and the project background and technical difficulties of the first cross sea double deck highway bridge, namely Dalian Xinghai Bay Bridge, are introduced. In the second chapter, the key technology of the design and construction of the bridge temporary trestle bridge across the sea in the longest bare rock area in China is studied. Through economic comparison, the most reasonable design scheme is selected, and the value of the main parameters is studied. Based on the finite element analysis of the stress and overall stability of the structure, three construction methods of steel pipe pile in bare rock area are developed, and the key techniques of design and construction of the trestle bridge in the open sea bare rock area are summarized. The key technology of pile foundation construction in karst area at sea is studied, the construction method of steel retaining tube sinking in bare rock area is explored, and the mathematical calculation formula of the height of sea water slurry surface is deduced. In chapter 4, the key technology of design and construction of steel hanging box with high pile and no water bearing cap is studied, and the reasonable structure is selected by comparison and selection of schemes. The parameters of the design and calculation of the steel suspension box are studied, and the static analysis and dynamic time history analysis of the steel suspension box structure are carried out by using finite element method, and the stress mechanism and mode of the steel suspension box structure are explored. In chapter 5, the key construction technology of the superstructure of the offshore double-deck bridge is studied, with emphasis on the exploration of the lower pier column, the lower crossbeam, the upper crossbeam, the lower pier column, the lower crossbeam, the upper crossbeam, the lower pier column, the lower crossbeam, the upper crossbeam, the lower pier column, the lower crossbeam and the upper crossbeam. The key construction technology and supporting structure system of double-deck box girder are selected, and large-scale construction ship machine is selected. Through the above research, the key technology of the construction of the external sea double-deck bridge is summarized in an all-round way, which provides a reference for similar projects.
