岩溶地区桥梁桩基成孔处理方案研究

【摘要】:随着现阶段经济的发展和科技的进步,高速公路的需求越来越多。随着公路里程快速增加,在岩溶地区增加修建高速公路趋势不可避免。本文主要是针对在岩溶发育地区的桥梁基础施工,在施工过程中如何合理的解决溶洞地区桩基础施工的重难点,确保桩基础施工安全和施工质量。由于溶洞的桩基础施工具有不可预见性、危险性,本文主要通过对溶洞桩基础在施工过程中出现溶洞特征进行分析,结合高密度电法岩溶勘察手段对该岩溶区进行了初探,直观的得出了岩溶区地质地貌特性,并进行了详细分析。针对施工出现的问题进行调查分析,总结了岩溶区现场施工常见问题,探讨了溶洞桩基础在施工过程中采取的有效措施的合理性。为了达到溶洞桩基础的最大经济化,溶洞桩基础施工前施工技术人员首先认真仔细阅设计图纸及勘察资料等文件,弄清楚桩基础溶洞、土洞的基本情况,对岩溶区桥梁基础的施工工艺进行优化,同时,加强施工过程中对地质变化的监控,重点监控泥浆的稠度、溶洞的层数及填充物形态等情况,做好详细的钻孔记录,为出现异常情况时分析原因并选择合适的处治方案提供依据。根据不同的地质异常选择不同的处治方案,避免岩溶区桩基在施工过程中可能会出现斜桩、卡钻、塌孔、扩孔、埋钻,甚至断桩等施工事故,为后期施工提供经验借鉴。本文以广东省二广高速公路某大桥桥梁基础设计与施工为对象,通过对国内外岩溶发育现状和对工程设计与施工影响的分析,参考以往基础施工技术、装备、质量管理等成功经验,结合现场冲孔岩样及记录,总结已施工的溶洞桩基处理经验,分析所采用处理对策的适宜性。为复杂岩溶地区的基础施工提供参考,为工程界的技术人员在该领域的研究与应用,在理论与实践的结合上作了新的提示作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, the demand of freeway is more and more. With the rapid increase of highway mileage, it is inevitable to increase the construction of highway in karst area. This paper mainly aims at the bridge foundation construction in karst development area, how to reasonably solve the serious difficulties of pile foundation construction in karst cave area during the construction process, and ensure the construction safety and construction quality of pile foundation. Because the pile foundation construction of the karst cave is unpredictable and dangerous, this paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of the karst cave in the construction process of the karst cave pile foundation, and probes into the karst area with the means of high density electrical karst exploration. The geological and geomorphological characteristics of karst area are obtained intuitively and analyzed in detail. Based on the investigation and analysis of the problems in construction, this paper summarizes the common problems in the field construction in karst area, and probes into the rationality of effective measures taken in the construction process of the karst cave pile foundation. In order to achieve the maximum economic value of the karst cave pile foundation, the construction technicians first carefully read the design drawings and survey materials before the construction of the karst cave pile foundation, so as to find out the basic conditions of the karst cave and the earth tunnel of the pile foundation. To optimize the construction technology of bridge foundation in karst area, at the same time, to strengthen the monitoring of geological change in the construction process, to monitor the consistency of mud, the number of layers of cavern and the shape of fillers, etc., and to make detailed borehole records. It provides the basis for analyzing the cause and choosing the appropriate treatment plan when the abnormal situation occurs. According to different geological anomalies, different treatment schemes can be chosen to avoid inclined pile, drill jam, hole collapse, hole enlargement, burying drill and even broken pile during construction in karst area, which can provide experience for later construction. This paper takes the foundation design and construction of a bridge of Erguang Expressway in Guangdong Province as the object, through the analysis of the present situation of karst development at home and abroad and its influence on engineering design and construction, referring to the previous foundation construction technology and equipment. Based on the successful experience of quality management, combined with the samples and records of punched rock on the spot, the experience of pile foundation treatment of karst cave has been summarized, and the suitability of the treatment measures adopted is analyzed. It provides a reference for the foundation construction in complex karst areas, and provides a new hint for the research and application of the technicians in this field in the field of engineering and the combination of theory and practice.
