高速公路出行信息服务平台构建及商业模式研究

【摘要】：交通信息服务是智能运输系统的重要组成部分,随着人们生活水平的提高,公众在出行过程中对出行服务质量要求也不断提升,特别是对出行信息的全面性、实时性、有效性和针对性显得更加注重,当前提供的出行信息服务方式单一、内容有限而且更新周期长,已经远远无法满足出行大众的需求。此外,智能手机、移动终端等先进电子产品已经非常普及,出行大众对信息的获取手段也越来越丰富,激发了更多个性化、差异化的出行信息服务需求,为出行信息服务产业的发展提供了巨大推动力。高速公路出行信息服务平台是在深入研究我国高速公路出行信息服务现状后,针对我国高速公路亟待解决的难题,响应公众出行管理和服务需求而提出的,通过整合交通信息资源,构建一套人性化的交通信息服务体系。本论文首先对研究背景进行简要的介绍,然后对当前国内外出行信息服务应用发展现状进行了深入分析,在我国高速公路出行信息服务应用需求的基础上,结合目前主流的技术发展趋势,对出行信息服务平台进行总体设计,并重点对数据中心及发布系统进行设计,最后根据广东省市场环境,提出多种商业模式,为交通运输行业服务水平的提升、产业转型升级及可持续发展提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:Traffic information service is an important part of intelligent transportation system. With the improvement of people's living standard, the public demand for travel service quality in the travel process is also constantly improved, especially for the comprehensive and real-time travel information. The efficiency and pertinence seem to pay more attention, the current travel information service mode is single, the content is limited and the update period is long, which can not meet the needs of the travel public. In addition, advanced electronic products, such as smart phones and mobile terminals, have become very popular, and the means of obtaining information for the travelling public have become more and more abundant, which has stimulated more personalized and differentiated travel information service needs. It provides a huge impetus for the development of travel information service industry. The Expressway trip Information Service platform is put forward in response to the public travel management and service demand after deeply studying the current situation of Expressway Travel Information Service in China. Through the integration of traffic information resources, build a set of humanized traffic information service system. This paper firstly introduces the research background, then analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign trip information service application, based on the application requirements of expressway travel information service in China. Combined with the current mainstream technology development trend, the general design of travel information service platform is carried out, and the data center and release system are mainly designed. Finally, according to the market environment of Guangdong Province, various business models are proposed. It provides some reference for the improvement of service level, industrial transformation and sustainable development of transportation industry.
