水鸭田特大桥悬臂施工关键技术研究与实践

【摘要】:近年来,大跨度混凝土连续梁桥所采用的施工方法绝大多数是悬臂浇筑法。悬臂施工具有其他施工方法所不具备的优点,越来越受到人们的关注。悬臂施工方法在施工每一节段时,都要经过挂篮走行、模板标高的调整、浇注混凝土、张拉预应力筋这几个过程。如此复杂庞大的过程要想顺利完成,交付使用,对于每个环节都不允许出现差错。本文以水鸭田特大桥为工程背景,针对此桥的特点,运用数值分析软件对浇筑过程中的菱形挂篮及0#块托架,进行了建模。通过分析工况,确定了受力的最不利状态,并在最不利状态下,验算了其强度、刚度和稳定性,保证了施工中的安全性。此外,制定了详细且具有可操作性的线形控制方案,在线形控制实施过程中,针对混凝土容重这一重要参数,运用最小二乘法对其进行了估计,减小了参数不准确带来的误差。其次,对施工过程中影响线形的主要参数:混凝土容重、预应力的大小、混凝土的弹性模量进行了定量分析。水鸭田特大桥最终顺利合龙,合龙精度达到5mm,线形平顺,满足规范要求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, most of the construction methods of long-span concrete continuous beam bridge are cantilever pouring method. Cantilever construction has been paid more and more attention because of its advantages that other construction methods do not. The cantilever construction method in each section must go through the steps of hanging basket adjusting the elevation of formwork pouring concrete and tensioning prestressed tendons. For such a complex and large process to be completed successfully, the delivery of each link is not allowed to go wrong. In this paper, based on the engineering background of Waterduck Field Bridge, according to the characteristics of the bridge, a numerical analysis software is used to model the diamond hanging basket and the block bracket of 0# in the process of pouring. Through the analysis of the working conditions, the most unfavorable state of the force is determined, and its strength, stiffness and stability are checked and calculated under the most disadvantageous condition, thus ensuring the safety in the construction. In addition, a detailed and operable linear control scheme is developed. In the process of linear control, the least square method is used to estimate the concrete bulk density, which reduces the error caused by the inaccuracy of the parameters. Secondly, quantitative analysis is made on the main parameters that affect the alignment in the construction process: the bulk density of concrete, the size of prestress, and the elastic modulus of concrete. The watery Yatian Bridge is finally closed smoothly, with a precision of 5 mm and a smooth alignment to meet the requirements of the specifications.
