矿物纤维沥青混合料路用性能实验研究

【摘要】:现代交通交通密度大、轴载重,致使裂缝、车辙、坑槽等早期病害现象明显,严重影响路面使用寿命,在沥青混合料中添加纤维来提高其路用性能是目前常用的方法。纤维沥青混合料是一种高品质的复合型材料。这种材料既可以阻止路面开裂,又能减少车辙的出现,还可弥补沥青低温脆性不足等特点,明显改善沥青混合料的路用性能,延长路面使用寿命。鉴于纤维能够有效提高沥青混合料路用性能这一优点,选用玄武岩纤维作为主要研究对象,以SMA沥青混合料为依托,对基于基质沥青平台和改性沥青平台的纤维沥青混合料的性质进行了性能比对分析。利用车辙试验、小梁弯曲试验和冻融劈裂试验,研究了玄武岩纤维沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性等路用性能。分析结果表明沥青混合料的最佳油石比和纤维掺量是两个较重要的影响因素。研究成果为玄武岩纤维型纤维的推广应用及纤维沥青混合料的设计和施工提供了试验依据。本文主要从以下五个方面对玄武岩纤维沥青混合料进行了研究:(1)对沥青混合料所用原材料进行了性能试验研究,设计三种不同的矿料级配,通过试验确定试验级配。(2)通过马歇尔试验法,确定不同掺量下的玄武岩纤维SMA-13的最佳油石比,建立一个纤维掺量与最佳油石比的对应关系。(3)比较了基质沥青和SBS改性沥青在不同玄武岩纤维掺入量情况下,对沥青三大指标性能的影响。(4)纤维最佳掺量的研究。根据混合料的高温车辙试验和低温小梁弯曲试验等,研究确定了玄武岩纤维在沥青混合料中的最佳掺量,并确定了在最佳纤维掺量情况下的最佳沥青用量。(5)玄武岩纤维沥青混合料路用性能分析。通过室内试验方法,研究了玄武岩纤维在SMA-13中的路用性能。并在高温、低温和水稳定性等方面路用性能进行了对比分析。研究结果显示,玄武岩纤维对沥青混合料路用性能具有更大的改善作用。通过试验路用性能的研究,证明了玄武岩纤维沥青混合料良好的使用效果和推广应用价值。
[Abstract]:Modern traffic density, axle load, cracks, ruts, potholes and other early disease phenomenon is obvious, which seriously affects the pavement service life. Adding fiber to asphalt mixture to improve its road performance is a common method at present. Fiber asphalt mixture is a kind of high quality compound material. This kind of material can not only prevent the pavement cracking, but also reduce the appearance of rutting, make up for the shortage of low temperature brittleness of asphalt, improve the pavement performance of asphalt mixture and prolong the pavement service life. In view of the advantage that fiber can effectively improve the pavement performance of asphalt mixture, basalt fiber is chosen as the main research object, and SMA asphalt mixture is used as the basis. The properties of fiber asphalt mixture based on matrix asphalt platform and modified asphalt platform are analyzed. Using rutting test, trabecular bending test and freeze-thaw splitting test, the high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water stability of basalt fiber asphalt mixture were studied. The results show that the optimum asphalt mixture ratio and fiber content are two important factors. The research results provide experimental basis for the popularization and application of basalt fiber and the design and construction of fiber asphalt mixture. This paper mainly studies the basalt fiber asphalt mixture from the following five aspects: (1) the performance of the raw materials used in the asphalt mixture is studied, and three kinds of mineral aggregate gradation are designed. The test gradation is determined by experiment. (2) by Marshall test, the optimum ratio of oil to stone for basalt fiber SMA-13 with different content is determined. A corresponding relationship between the fiber content and the optimum asphalt ratio was established. (3) the effects of matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt on the performance of asphalt under different basalt fiber content were compared. (4) the optimum fiber content was studied. According to the high temperature rutting test and low temperature trabecular bending test of mixture, the optimum content of basalt fiber in asphalt mixture is determined. The optimum asphalt content under the optimum fiber content is determined. (5) Road performance analysis of basalt fiber asphalt mixture. The road performance of basalt fiber in SMA-13 was studied by laboratory test. The performance of high temperature, low temperature and water stability were compared and analyzed. The results show that basalt fiber can improve the pavement performance of asphalt mixture. It is proved that the basalt fiber asphalt mixture has good application effect and application value through the research of road performance.
