杭州市城市非机动车出行空间保障相关研究

【摘要】:杭州市非机动车交通经过多年的建设发展,已形成相当规模,在市民交通出行中发挥了很好的作用,但随着城市化进程的加快,城市机动车保有量迅速上升,交通拥堵现象逐年加剧。杭州市为此实施了各项治理交通拥堵,保障机动车通行效率的措施,其结果是非机动车通行空间不断受到挤压减少,非机动车通行安全性和舒适性不能得到保障,非机动车出行的条件越来越差。城市治理交通拥堵并不只是简单的优化机动车通行条件,而是需要从各方面进行综合考虑的系统性工程。而大力优先发展非机动车,保障非机动车的出行空间,可以是一种发展方向,也是低碳出行,解决机动车过多问题的一剂良方。保证非机动车出行空间,对促进杭州市城市综合交通体系的发展及生活品质之城的建设具有积极的现实意义。本文拟通过调查分析杭州市非机动车发展现状及通道状况;借鉴国内外非机动车的发展政策及模式;研究非机动车通道模式的发展定位及策略、非机动车道路系统发展思路、非机动车道网络布局、滨河自行车道路系统、杭州市非机动车通道节点改善、近期提升通道节点方案等来继续完善杭州市的非机动车发展,保障非机动车日渐变弱的路权。
[Abstract]:After years of construction and development, non-motor vehicle traffic in Hangzhou has formed a considerable scale and played a good role in the transportation of citizens. However, with the acceleration of the urbanization process, the number of urban motor vehicles has increased rapidly. Traffic congestion is increasing year by year. For this reason, Hangzhou has implemented various measures to control traffic congestion and ensure the efficiency of motor vehicles. As a result, non-motor vehicle traffic space has been continuously squeezed and reduced, and the safety and comfort of non-motorized traffic can not be guaranteed. Conditions for non-motor vehicle travel are getting worse and worse. Urban traffic congestion control is not only a simple optimization of vehicle traffic conditions, but also a systematic project that needs to be considered from all aspects. And vigorously giving priority to the development of non-motor vehicles, to protect the travel space of non-motor vehicles, can be a development direction, but also a low-carbon travel, to solve the problem of excessive motor vehicles a good prescription. It is of positive practical significance to ensure the travel space of non-motor vehicles to promote the development of urban comprehensive transportation system and the construction of a city of quality of life in Hangzhou. Through investigation and analysis of the status quo of non-motor vehicle development and the status of the passage in Hangzhou, this paper intends to draw lessons from the development policies and models of non-motor vehicle at home and abroad, to study the development orientation and strategy of non-motor vehicle channel mode, and to study the development ideas of non-motor vehicle road system. Non-motorized lane network layout, riverside bicycle road system, Hangzhou non-motor vehicle channel node improvement, recent upgrade channel node scheme to continue to improve the development of non-motor vehicles in Hangzhou, to protect non-motor vehicles becoming weaker road rights.
