低粘度Terminal Blend废胶粉改性沥青研究进展

【摘要】:传统废胶粉改性沥青因粘度较大,施工和易性差故其应用受到一定限制。同为湿法工艺的Terminal Blend(TB)是采用高温高速剪切分散工艺,使胶粉在沥青中脱硫和解聚,而显著降低结合料粘度(177℃粘度低于1.5Pa·s)的一种废胶粉改性沥青新技术。由于国际上尚未形成统一规范,目前中国对这两种粘度显著不同的胶粉改性沥青概念和工程应用认识尚不充分。通过文献回顾,对废胶粉改性沥青及其应用进行了综述,重点介绍了TB技术的研究进展。
