交通载荷作用下沥青路面结构力学性能分析

【摘要】:随着我国科学技术和经济的快速发展,高速公路的发展已经进入了一个新的时代,沥青路面的使用越来越广泛,沥青路面已成为中国公路路面结构的主要形式。但交通量的增加,车辆在行驶中由于路面不平度对路面产生的振动等对沥青路面的损害和路面质量及寿命的影响也越来越严重,因此有必要研究交通荷载作用下沥青路面的力学性能。针对以上的问题,本文首先对交通荷载进行数据处理然后建立沥青路面三维模型,应用三维动力有限元方法,采用ANSYS有限元软件分析了沥青路面在交通荷载作用下的动力响应,并对数据进行了分析。本文所做的主要工作如下:1)车辆动荷载理论计算。基于路面不平整条件下车路相互作用动力分析,建立车辆路面系统动力平衡方程,利用数学软件Matlab编程模拟不同等级路面不平整度值,编写中心差分法程序对平衡方程进行计算,得到不同路面等级下随机行车动荷载;2)将所研究的沥青路面结构使用路面路基三维模型进行建模,交通荷载简化为由计算得到的移动荷载的最大动荷载作用在不平整路面上,利用ANSYS软件对路面和道路基层的动力响应进行分析;3)考虑半刚性路基材料(水泥稳定砂)性能劣化沥青路面力学性能研究,水泥稳定砂在疲劳损伤后的力学性能变化。由于水泥稳定砂砾基层的力学性能劣化,沥青路面的应力应变会受到很大的影响。针对这种情况,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,分析了在水泥稳定砂基层力学性能劣化的影响下,荷载对层状沥青路面应力和变形的影响,并对行车荷载对沥青路面的影响作了深入分析。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology and economy of our country, the development of expressway has entered a new era, the use of asphalt pavement is more and more extensive, asphalt pavement has become the main form of highway pavement structure in China. However, with the increase of traffic volume, the damage to asphalt pavement and the influence of pavement quality and service life due to the vibration caused by the road surface unevenness are becoming more and more serious. Therefore, it is necessary to study the mechanical properties of asphalt pavement under traffic load. In order to solve the above problems, this paper firstly processes the traffic load and then establishes the three-dimensional model of asphalt pavement. The dynamic response of asphalt pavement under traffic load is analyzed by using three-dimensional dynamic finite element method and ANSYS finite element software. The data are analyzed. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1) theoretical calculation of vehicle dynamic load. Based on the dynamic analysis of the road interaction on the condition of road roughness, the dynamic equilibrium equation of vehicle pavement system is established, and the values of road roughness of different grades are simulated by using the mathematical software Matlab. The central difference method program is compiled to calculate the equilibrium equation, and the random driving dynamic loads under different pavement grades are obtained. 2) the study of asphalt pavement structure is modeled with the three-dimensional model of pavement subgrade. The traffic load is simplified as the maximum dynamic load of the calculated moving load acting on an uneven road surface. The dynamic response of pavement and road base is analyzed by ANSYS software. 3) considering the degradation of semi-rigid subgrade material (cement stabilized sand), the mechanical properties of cement stabilized sand after fatigue damage are studied. Due to the deterioration of mechanical properties of cement stabilized gravel base, the stress and strain of asphalt pavement will be greatly affected. In view of this situation, the influence of load on the stress and deformation of layered asphalt pavement under the influence of deterioration of mechanical properties of cement stabilized sand base is analyzed by using ANSYS finite element analysis software. The influence of driving load on asphalt pavement is analyzed.
