面向城市交通管理的道路交通状态评估与信息发布

【摘要】:交通的发展是衡量社会经济发展程度的一个重要的指标,随着我国经济的大发展,人们出行水平的提高,出行更多地依赖交通工具,城市交通问题更加凸显。但是由于城市条件的限制,道路的建设速度远远赶不上车辆的增加速度,所以如何合理的利用城市道路的现有资源,使社会效益的目标函数最大化,就要有一套更加全面、合理的评价体系进行分析研究,给公众提供更加直接且容易理解并被应用的道路信息,给交通管理者提供科学、合理的决策科学依据。本文着力研究了基于多源数据融合的道路交通状体评估方法,并研发了一套针对北京市城市交通管理的道路交通状态评价与信息发布系统。论文主要完成了以下工作: (1)系统地总结和分析了目前国内外常用的交通状态信息获取技术,阐述了各类常用传感器的工作原理,通过对比分析各项技术的利弊,阐明交通状态获取技术的发展趋势。 (2)针对微波数据、浮动车数据和牌照识别检测数据三类数据的特征,提出了基于BP神经网络的交通流数据融合算法。以北京市快速路和主干路为例,对平峰、早晚高峰三类传感器检测到的交通速度进行了融合,通过实际数据对比,验证了算法的有效性。 (3)针对不同层级交通管理的需求,构建了路段和路网两个不同层级的交通运行评价指标体系,分别提出了两个不同层级上的交通运行状态评价方法。 (4)以北京市为例,研发了一套城市道路交通状态与信息发布系统,实现了交通状态信息的实时发布、自动生成数据统计报表、突发事件或交通管理措施条件下的交通运行状态分析报告等功能。
[Abstract]:The development of transportation is an important indicator to measure the degree of social and economic development. With the development of our economy, people's travel level is improved, travel more rely on means of transportation, urban traffic problems become more prominent. However, due to the restriction of urban conditions, the speed of road construction is far from the increasing speed of vehicles, so how to make rational use of the existing resources of urban roads and maximize the objective function of social benefits, we must have a more comprehensive set. A reasonable evaluation system can provide the public with more direct, easy to understand and applied road information, and provide scientific and reasonable scientific basis for traffic managers to make decisions. In this paper, the evaluation method of road traffic body based on multi-source data fusion is studied, and a set of evaluation and information publishing system of road traffic state is developed for Beijing city traffic management. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) the paper systematically summarizes and analyzes the commonly used technology of obtaining traffic state information at home and abroad, expounds the working principle of various kinds of commonly used sensors, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each technology by comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of each technology. The development trend of traffic state acquisition technology is expounded. (2) aiming at the characteristics of microwave data, floating vehicle data and license plate recognition detection data, a traffic flow data fusion algorithm based on BP neural network is proposed. Taking Beijing Expressway and main Road as an example, the traffic speed detected by three kinds of sensors, Pingfeng, morning and evening peak, has been fused, and the actual data have been compared. The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified. (3) according to the needs of traffic management at different levels, the evaluation index system of traffic operation at two different levels of road section and road network is constructed. In this paper, two evaluation methods of traffic state on different levels are put forward. (4) taking Beijing as an example, a set of urban road traffic state and information publishing system is developed, which realizes the real-time release of traffic state information. Automatic generation of statistical data reports, unexpected events or traffic management measures under the conditions of traffic state analysis and other functions.
