西宝高铁咸阳渭河特大桥钢轨伸缩调节器状态及典型病害研究

【摘要】:无缝线路的发展日趋完善和成熟,在全球铁路范围内有着广泛的应用。近年来,我国高速铁路均采用跨区间无缝线路,并且线下基础中桥梁占比较高,普遍达到该线总里程的半数以上,并出现了很多跨越大江大河的大跨度桥梁。对于桥上无缝线路来说,因温度变化造成梁轨不同步伸缩而产生的梁轨附加作用力是其一个重要特点。钢轨伸缩调节器因具有协调梁轨附加作用力且同步梁轨伸缩位移的功能而被应用在大跨桥梁上。目前我国钢轨伸缩调节器在干线铁路和高速铁路均有较多应用,调节器的养护维修工作一直备受工务部门关注。如何在运营中科学、合理的检测监测钢轨伸缩调节器整体状态并进行评价,分析病害产生原因和处置方法是需要重点研究的内容,对现场工务应用具有重要意义。本文以西宝高铁咸阳渭河特大桥铺设的250km/h无砟轨道钢轨伸缩调节器为研究对象,分析咸阳渭河特大桥桥上无缝线路不同布置工况的优劣,结合西宝高铁调节器现场长期检测数据,研究长大连续梁、无缝线路及钢轨伸缩调节器三者之间的关系。结合日常养护维修工作,分析该调节器典型病害问题存在的原因,针对不同种类典型病害问题提出临时处理、永久处理的整治方案,分析各处理整治方案的优缺点并进行对比,为后期高速铁路钢轨伸缩调节器的养护维修工作提供参考意见,降低日常工作量,提高现场作业效率。同时通过分析研究的成果,在一定程度上对新建高速铁路布设的钢轨伸缩调节器提供必要的参考意见,减少相关病害问题的产生。
[Abstract]:The development of CWR is becoming more and more perfect and mature, and it is widely used in the global railway. In recent years, the high-speed railway in our country has adopted inter-area seamless track, and the bridge under the line is relatively high, generally reaching more than half of the total mileage of the line, and there are many long-span bridges across the big rivers and rivers. For the jointless track on the bridge, the additional force of beam rail caused by temperature change is an important feature. Rail expansion regulator is used in long span bridges because of its function of coordinating the additional force of beam and rail and synchronizing the stretching displacement of beam and rail. At present, rail expansion regulator has been widely used in both trunk railway and high speed railway. Maintenance and maintenance of the regulator has been concerned by the public works department. How to monitor and evaluate the whole condition of rail expansion regulator scientifically and reasonably in operation, and analyze the cause of disease and the method of disposal are the important contents that need to be studied, which is of great significance to the field application of public works. This paper takes the 250km/h ballastless track expansion regulator laid by Xianyang Weihe River Bridge as the research object, and analyzes the merits and demerits of the different arrangement conditions of the seamless track on the Xianyang Weihe River Bridge. The relationship among long continuous beam, seamless track and rail expansion regulator is studied based on the long term test data of Xibao high speed regulator. Combined with the daily maintenance work, this paper analyzes the causes of the typical disease problem of the regulator, puts forward the temporary and permanent treatment scheme for different kinds of typical disease problems, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each treatment scheme and makes a comparison. It provides reference for the maintenance and maintenance of rail expansion regulator in the later period of high speed railway, reduces the daily workload and improves the efficiency of field operation. At the same time, through the analysis of the research results, to a certain extent, to the new high-speed railway rail expansion regulator to provide the necessary reference to reduce the occurrence of related diseases.
