恶劣天气影响下的高速公路车速管理策略研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济的发展,人们的交通网络逐渐拓展,交通工具不断改良,极大地方便了人们的出行生活。高速公路作为一种常见的出行道路选择,越来越受到广大人民群众的喜爱。然而,目前高速公路仍然存在一些安全隐患,尤其是在雨雪、冰雹、狂风等不利出行的天气状况下,高速公路的安全亟待解决。综合不良天气下的高速公路发生事故的因素,车速过快是其中重要因素之一。因此,本文着手对恶劣天气下的高速公路车辆车速控制进行研究,以减少高速事故的发生,使高速公路的行车更加安全。通过查找资料,汇总最近几年的恶劣天气下我国高速公路发生的交通事故的原因,本文分析了发生事故的影响因素,通过对能见度、路面摩擦系数等因素进行分析,结合实地调查研究收集到的数据,提出了不同天气状况下的车速限制方案。目前国内对这方面的研究比较有限,对高速公路的实际影响也并不显著。本论文的研究可以促进高速路交通安全,具有一定的现实意义和研究意义。文章对高速公路上的行车速度限制规定做出解释和说明,分析了车辆行驶速度与对驾驶员的驾车判断以及行车安全的影响。以陕西高速公路为例,结合不同类型的恶劣天气条件,分别分析了车速的影响因子,从而提出较为可行的建议和管理办法。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, people's transportation network is gradually expanded, and the vehicle is improved constantly, which greatly facilitates people's travel and life. Expressway, as a common way choice, is more and more popular with the masses. However, there are still some hidden dangers in expressway safety, especially in the weather conditions such as rain, snow, hail, wind and so on, the safety of freeway needs to be solved urgently. Too fast speed is one of the most important factors of highway accidents under bad weather. Therefore, in order to reduce the occurrence of high speed accidents and make the motorway more safe, this paper begins to study the speed control of freeway vehicles in severe weather. By looking up the data and summarizing the causes of the traffic accidents in China's expressways in the recent years in bad weather, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the accidents, and analyzes the factors such as visibility, road friction coefficient, etc. Based on the data collected from field investigation, a speed limit scheme under different weather conditions is proposed. At present, the domestic research on this aspect is relatively limited, and the actual impact on expressway is not significant. The research of this paper can promote highway traffic safety, which has certain practical significance and research significance. This paper explains and explains the limit of driving speed on freeway, and analyzes the influence of vehicle speed on driver's driving judgment and driving safety. Taking Shaanxi Expressway as an example, combined with different types of bad weather conditions, the influence factors of speed are analyzed, and some feasible suggestions and management methods are put forward.
