新型橡胶粉沥青结合料及沥青路面级配的研究

【摘要】:橡胶粉作为一种可回收利用材料,以其独特的结构和性能在道路工程领域显示出巨大的应用潜力。从目前的工程现状来看,多种因素共同作用限制了橡胶粉沥青路面的推广应用,深入研究橡胶粉对沥青混合料级配及使用性能的影响规律,具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。通过调研分析确定了适宜的橡胶粉,进行了矿料级配组成调整和施工工艺优化,有效地提高了沥青混合料的路用性能,以满足不同应用场合的特定要求。本文通过对4种沥青结合料和8种矿料级配的橡维联沥青混合料进行大量的室内研究工作,全面分析橡维联这种新材料与普通橡胶粉的区别及优势。通过DSR实验、BBR试验和常规的沥青实验(软化点试验、布氏粘度试验和短期老化试验)研究了橡维联沥青在技术性质和路用性能上与普通橡胶粉沥青、SBS沥青和基质沥青的区别。采用设计的骨架密实级配进行橡维联与集料的同级配等体积替换和不等体积替换试验来研究橡胶粉对原有级配的干涉影响规律。研究结果表明:相对于普通橡胶粉沥青,橡维联沥青具有较好的均相性、高温性、感温性和抗老化性,但低温性和线黏弹性范围较小;干法加入橡维联可以显著的改善混合料的低温性能;较系统的研究了不同替代比下的橡维联沥青混合料的高温、低温和水稳方面的路用性能,对级配的优化具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:As a kind of recyclable material, it shows great application potential in road engineering field with its unique structure and performance. From the present situation of engineering, the common function of many factors limits the popularization and application of asphalt pavement, and deeply studies the influence law of asphalt pavement on the gradation and service performance of asphalt mixture, and has important theoretical significance and application value. Based on the investigation and analysis, the optimum design of asphalt mixture is determined, and the performance of asphalt mixture is improved effectively, so as to meet the specific requirements of different applications. In this paper, a lot of indoor research work is carried out on four kinds of asphalt binder and 8 kinds of ore-grade mixed asphalt mixture, and the differences and advantages of the new material and common asphalt are comprehensively analyzed. Through DSR experiment, BBR test and conventional asphalt test (softening point test, Brinell viscosity test and short-term aging test), the difference between the technical properties and the performance of asphalt, SBS asphalt and matrix asphalt was studied. In this paper, the interference effect law of the original grading is studied by volume replacement and unequal volume replacement test with the designed framework compaction grade. The results show that compared with common asphalt, the asphalt has good homogeneous, high-temperature, temperature-sensitive and anti-aging properties, but the low-temperature and linear viscoelastic range is small. The high temperature, low temperature and water stability of the mixed asphalt mixture under different substitution ratios are studied systematically, and the optimization of the grading is of reference value.
