不同抗车辙剂对沥青混合料高温性能影响研究

【摘要】:为分析不同因素对掺加抗车辙剂的沥青混合料高温性能的影响及显著程度,试验选取3种成分各异的抗车辙剂,通过室内马歇尔试验、国产车辙试验及汉堡车辙试验,并采用正交试验方法,探讨抗车辙剂种类、掺量及混合料级配等因素对沥青混合料高温性能的影响规律及显著性水平。研究结果表明:不同因素对混合料高温性能的影响强弱差异明显,具体为:抗车辙剂种类抗车辙剂掺量级配类型,且试验方法影响不同因素的显著性水平;抗车辙剂PR对混合料高温性能的改善效果最佳,其次为抗车辙剂RA,抗车辙剂Duroflex的效果相对较差。随着抗车辙剂掺量的增加,混合料高温性能的改善程度逐渐减弱。其混合料高温性能影响各因素水平组合较好方案为"PR抗车辙剂+0.45%车辙剂掺量+AC-16型矿料级配"。研究成果为抗车辙剂的选择、合理掺量确定以及混合料高温性能的优化提供参考指导。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the influence of different factors on the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture mixed with anti-rutting agent, three kinds of anti-rutting agents with different compositions were selected, which were tested by Marshall test, domestic rutting test and Hamburg rutting test. By using orthogonal test method, the influence law and significance level of anti-rutting agent type, content and mixture gradation on the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture are discussed. The results show that: the influence of different factors on the high temperature performance of the mixture is significant difference, specifically: the type of anti-rutting agent, anti-rutting agent admixture type, and test methods affect the significance level of different factors; The anti-rutting agent PR has the best effect on the high temperature performance of the mixture, followed by the anti-rutting agent RA, and the anti-rutting agent Duroflex. With the increase of anti-rutting agent content, the improvement degree of high temperature performance of mixture gradually weakened. The better combination of the factors affecting the high temperature performance of the mixture is "PR rutting resistance agent 0.45% rutting agent added AC-16 type ore gradation". The research results provide a reference for the selection of anti-rutting agent, the determination of reasonable dosage and the optimization of high temperature performance of mixture.
