池州长江公路大桥主桥桥塔上横梁锚固结构设计

【摘要】:池州长江公路大桥主桥为主跨828m的双塔双索面单侧混合梁斜拉桥。桥塔上塔柱设置6道钢结构上横梁,上横梁均采用箱形断面,竖向中心距均为13.5m。单个钢横梁长7m、宽5.5m、高7m,划分为4个块段,各块段间采用M30高强度螺栓进行拼接。斜拉索分组锚固于各道钢横梁横隔板之间的锚固构造内,形成索塔体外锚固体系。钢横梁端部与桥塔上塔柱接触位置设置预埋钢板,通过高强度螺杆及剪力钉将钢横梁与混凝土上塔柱牢固连接。每道钢横梁外部设置封闭钢珠结构。采用有限元软件对桥塔上横梁锚固结构进行受力分析,结果表明结构受力均满足规范要求。
[Abstract]:The main bridge of Chizhou Changjiang River Highway Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge with two towers and two cable-plane single side mixed beams with main span of 828 m. There are 6 steel structure upper crossbeams on the tower, all of them adopt box section, and the vertical center distance is 13.5m. The single steel beam is 7 m long, 5.5 m wide and 7 m high. It is divided into 4 blocks, and M30 high strength bolts are used in each segment. The cable-stayed cable group is anchored in the Anchorage structure between the steel beams and the transverse divisions to form the external Anchorage system of the cable tower. A steel plate is set at the end of the steel beam and the tower column of the bridge tower. The steel crossbeam is firmly connected with the tower column of concrete by high strength screw and shear nail. Each steel beam is provided with a closed steel ball structure outside. The finite element software is used to analyze the stress of the Anchorage structure on the bridge tower, and the results show that the stress of the structure meets the requirements of the code.
