预养护技术在商丘市203线养护工程中的应用研究

【摘要】:公路建成通车后,因承受车轮的磨损和冲击,受到暴雨、洪水、风沙、冰雪、日晒、冰融等自然力的侵蚀和风化,以及人为的破坏和修建时遗留的某些缺陷,公路使用质量会逐渐降低。因此,公路建成通车后必须采取养护维修措施,并不断进行更新改善。公路养护必须及时修复损坏部分,否则将导致修复工程的投资加大,缩短公路的使用寿命,并给国家和人民造成经济财产损失,甚至威胁道路使用者的生命安全。传统的路面维修养护是在路表损坏严重、甚至路面结构也发生破坏之后进行。预养护技术通过定期检测路面状况,在路面发生严重病害前及时发现路面存在的前期微小病害,并采取适当措施对其进行处置,从而维持良好的路用性能和道路服务水平。与传统养护技术相比,预养护从公路养护维修的被动状态变为主动状态,经济效益和社会效益都有着显著优势。对S203线沥青路面进行病害调查分析和道路状况技术评定,通过对不同预防性养护技术的研究,应用灌封、微表处等预养护技术措施于S203线养护工程中,以期达到预期的养护效果。工程应用表明,预养护有效的抑制了路面病害的发展,起到了及时保护路面结构的作用,并且在提高路用性能的同时,也降低路面全寿命周期费用,产生了显著的经济效益和社会效益。该项目的验收完工,进一步验证了预防性养护这一技术在公路管养阶段的可行性、先进性、重要性。
[Abstract]:After the highway was built and opened to traffic, it suffered from the erosion and weathering of natural forces, such as torrential rain, flood, wind and sand, snow and ice, sun, ice and melting, as well as man-made damage and some defects left over from the construction of the road, because of the wear and tear of the wheels. The quality of highway use will decrease gradually. Therefore, maintenance and repair measures must be taken after the highway is completed and opened to traffic. The maintenance of the highway must repair the damaged part in time, otherwise it will lead to the increase of the investment in the repair works, shorten the service life of the highway, cause economic and property losses to the country and people, and even threaten the life safety of the road users. The traditional pavement maintenance is carried out after the pavement surface is damaged seriously and even the pavement structure is damaged. Pre-maintenance technology through regular detection of road conditions, timely detection of road surface before serious diseases, and take appropriate measures to deal with them, so as to maintain a good road performance and road service level. Compared with traditional maintenance technology, pre-maintenance has changed from passive state of highway maintenance to active state, and has significant advantages in economic and social benefits. Through the study of different preventive maintenance techniques and the application of pre-maintenance measures such as filling seal and micro-surfacing to the maintenance engineering of S203 line, the disease investigation and analysis of asphalt pavement of S203 line and the technical evaluation of road condition are carried out. In order to achieve the desired maintenance effect. The engineering application shows that pre-maintenance can effectively restrain the development of pavement disease, protect pavement structure in time, and reduce the cost of pavement life cycle while improving the road performance. It has produced remarkable economic and social benefits. The acceptance and completion of the project further verifies the feasibility, advanced nature and importance of the preventive maintenance technology in the highway management and maintenance stage.
