京杭大运河与华北茶文化的传播研究

【摘要】：茶文化兴起于南方地区,唐朝之前,华北地区饮茶之风并不盛行。京杭大运河的开通为南茶北运提供了运输通道,相对于陆运,大运河具有运量大、运费低、运程长等优势,沿岸的济宁、聊城、德州、临清、沧州、天津等华北城镇成为茶叶贸易重要的消费市场和集散市场,大运河对华北地区茶叶市场的构建和茶文化的传播起到关键作用,大运河不仅是南北茶叶贸易的运输通道,也是南北茶文化的传播和交融之路。
[Abstract]:Tea culture rose in the south. Before the Tang Dynasty, tea drinking was not prevalent in North China. The opening of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal provides a transportation channel for the transportation of tea from the south to the north. Compared with the land transportation, the Grand Canal has the advantages of large volume, low freight, and long transportation routes, along the coast of Jining, Liaocheng, Texas, Linqing, Cangzhou, etc. Tianjin and other North China cities and towns have become an important consumer and distribution market for tea trade. The Grand Canal plays a key role in the construction of the tea market and the dissemination of tea culture in North China. The Grand Canal is not only a transportation channel for the North-South tea trade. It is also the road of spreading and blending of North and South tea culture.
