沥青混合料松散破坏研究

【摘要】:沥青路面松散破坏有两种表现类型。一是长期使用过程中逐渐发生的松散,例如水稳定性不足导致的沥青混合料松散;二是成型初期就表现出的松散,例如抗轮胎“拧搓”作用能力不足导致的混合料松散。现阶段对松散破坏的研究大多局限于前者而对沥青混合料初始的抗松散性能没有正确认识,并且缺少有效的预防、评价以及治理措施。因此对沥青混合料松散破坏进行系统的研究意义重大。本论文对沥青混合料松散破坏的机理进行了研究。水稳定不足导致的松散主要是水和荷载的同时作用,使得沥青胶结能力逐渐减弱乃至丧失而导致的,其松散破坏模式主要侧重于粘附破坏;抗轮胎“拧搓”能力不足导致的混合料松散是因为沥青混合料初始的抗松散能力不足,轮胎复杂的“拧搓”作用使得表层和内部互相嵌挤的集料之间发生扰动,破坏了胶结作用,甚至有些集料被碾碎产生了许多新的没有胶结料粘结的接触面,其松散破坏模式侧重于粘聚破坏和碎裂破坏。为了更好的区分和评价不同沥青混合料的抗松散性能,对沥青混合料松散破坏的评价方法进行研究。对于现阶段能较为直观评价沥青混合料松散的肯塔堡飞散试验进行了改进。建议在原常规飞散试验的基础上增加十个钢球以加强区分度,减小结果离散性。在模拟实际轮胎对沥青道面“拧搓”作用的基础上,研发了一种全新的“拧搓”作用试验仪以及相应的评价方法来评价不同沥青混合料的抗松散性能并申请了发明专利。两种试验方法相结合可以对沥青混合料的抗松散性能进行全面评价。基于“拧搓”损失表征不同沥青混合料的抗松散性能,对影响沥青混合料松散破坏的因素进行了研究。不同沥青种类对应混合料的抗松散性能不同,在一定条件下随着沥青标号的变大“拧搓”损失变大;沥青轻组分含量的增加也会导致“拧搓”损失变大;不同级配类型对松散破坏影响不同,开级配沥青混合料容易产生“拧搓”松散破坏,密实级配在高温条件下也容易产生“拧搓”松散破坏;集料的岩性、施工与养护等等都会对松散破坏产生重大影响。最终针对沥青混合料松散破坏的特点,对沥青道面抗松散破坏配合比设计方法进行了研究,对其适用范围、设计指标、设计程序给出了合理的建议。
[Abstract]:There are two types of loose damage of asphalt pavement. One is the looseness of asphalt mixture caused by the lack of water stability, the other is the looseness of the asphalt mixture in the early stage of forming, such as the loose mixture caused by the insufficient ability of anti-tire "twisting" action. At present, most of the researches on loose damage are limited to the former, but the initial anti-loose performance of asphalt mixture is not correctly understood, and the effective prevention, evaluation and treatment measures are lacking. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the loose damage of asphalt mixture systematically. In this paper, the loose failure mechanism of asphalt mixture is studied. The looseness caused by insufficient water stability is mainly caused by the simultaneous action of water and load, which leads to the gradual weakening and even loss of asphalt cementing ability, and its loose failure mode is mainly focused on the adhesion failure. The looseness of the mixture caused by the insufficient "twisting" ability of the anti-tire is due to the lack of the initial anti-loosening ability of the asphalt mixture, and the complex "twisting" of the tire causes the disturbance between the surface layer and the inner interlocking aggregate. Even some aggregates are crushed to produce many new unbonded contact surfaces, and the loose failure mode focuses on the cohesive failure and fragmentation failure. In order to distinguish and evaluate the looseness resistance of different asphalt mixture, the evaluation method of loose damage of asphalt mixture is studied. The Kentucky Flying Test, which can directly evaluate the loose asphalt mixture at present, is improved. It is suggested that ten steel balls should be added on the basis of the original conventional flying test to strengthen the differentiation and reduce the dispersion of the results. On the basis of simulating the "twisting" effect of tire on asphalt pavement, a new "twist rubbing" test instrument and corresponding evaluation method are developed to evaluate the anti-loose performance of different asphalt mixtures and to apply for the invention patent. The combination of two test methods can comprehensively evaluate the anti-loose performance of asphalt mixture. Based on the "twisting" loss, the factors affecting the loose failure of asphalt mixture were studied. The looseness resistance of the mixture is different according to different kinds of asphalt. Under certain conditions, with the increase of asphalt grade, the "twist" loss becomes larger, and the increase of the content of light component of asphalt will lead to the "twist" loss. Different gradation types have different influence on loose failure, open gradation asphalt mixture is easy to produce "twist rubbing" loose damage, dense gradation is also easy to produce "twist rub" loose damage under high temperature condition. The lithology, construction and maintenance of aggregate have great influence on loose damage. Finally, according to the characteristics of asphalt mixture loose damage, the design method of asphalt pavement anti-loose failure mix ratio is studied, and reasonable suggestions are given on its application scope, design index and design program.
