公交专用车道中车牌识别系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速发展、城镇化进程的加快,我国城市交通拥堵问题日益突出,这就突显出公共交通缓解城市交通压力的作用。公交专用车道专供公交汽车行驶,在规定的时间段内禁止非公交汽车驶入,但是在交通拥挤的情况下,非公交车总是抢占公交车的专用车道,阻碍了公交车的正常运行,使已经非常拥堵的交通更加拥堵。为此,交通管理部门会对抢占公交专用车道的非公交车进行罚款,可是在实际执法过程中,由于非公交车牌很难被准确记录,往往出现大量违规车辆逃脱惩罚的情况。为更好识别占用公交专用车道车辆的车牌号码,防止非公交车辆占用公交专用车道,更好地提高公交车的运行效率,本论文进行了公交专用车道中车牌识别系统的设计。本论文关于公交专用车道中车牌识别系统的设计思路是通过导入公交车中行车记录仪中的视频,然后捕获公交车前面占用公交车道的汽车图片,对其进行识别,将识别的结果存储于数据库,最后交予交通管理部门,交通管理部门依法对其进行处罚。论文所设计的公交专用车道中车牌识别系统主要由四部分组成,分别是登录系统、账户管理、打开视频、车牌识别。其中重点在车牌识别部分,这一部分包括打开图像、图像二值化、字符分割、字符识别。其中涉及的算法均用C++语言编程,合理运用Open CV进行实现。Open CV库的使用带来了很多好处,包括使程序更加简单整洁、更加可靠、更加精确。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the problem of urban traffic congestion is becoming increasingly prominent, which highlights the role of public transport in relieving urban traffic pressure. Bus lanes are reserved for public transport vehicles, and non-public transport vehicles are prohibited from entering within a specified period of time. However, under heavy traffic conditions, non-buses always seize the special lanes of buses, thus hindering the normal operation of buses. Make the already very congested traffic even more congested. For this reason, the traffic management department will fine the non-buses that occupy the special bus lanes, but in the actual law enforcement process, because the non-bus signs are difficult to be accurately recorded, a large number of illegal vehicles often escape punishment. In order to better identify the license plate number of the vehicles occupying the bus lane, prevent the non-public transport vehicles from occupying the bus lane, and improve the efficiency of the bus, this paper designs the license plate recognition system in the special bus lane. In this paper, the design idea of vehicle license plate recognition system in the special bus lane is to import the video of the vehicle recorder in the bus, and then capture the pictures of the bus in front of the bus, and identify it. The results of identification are stored in the database and handed over to the traffic management department, which punishes them according to law. The vehicle license plate recognition system designed in this paper is mainly composed of four parts: login system, account management, open video and license plate recognition. This part includes open image, image binarization, character segmentation and character recognition. The algorithms involved are all programmed in C language, and the reasonable use of Open CV to realize the use of. Open CV library brings many benefits, including making the program simpler, cleaner, more reliable and more accurate.
