服役中的桥梁斜拉索性能试验研究

【摘要】:斜拉桥是用若干根斜拉索将梁拉在塔柱上的桥。作为大跨径桥梁的重要桥型之一,斜拉桥的设计、建设在全世界范围内得到飞速发展,中国的斜拉桥建设也位居世界前列。然而,在早期建设的斜拉桥上,由于技术发展、原有设计等级过低、车辆荷载的不断增加、施工水平有限、自然因素和人为因素的影响以及各种不可预测的材料变异等原因,导致桥梁的结构性能不断减退,损伤不断加大,原有的承载力不断降低,斜拉索出现防护层失效、拉索锈蚀、断裂、锚头渗水等病害,无法满足现有交通荷载等级要求,致使斜拉索达不到设计使用年限,提前换索。我国相关城市桥梁养护行业规范明文规定:只有当一根拉索内已经断裂的钢丝面积超过该拉索钢丝总面积的2%时,或者当一根拉索钢丝锈蚀面积超过该拉索钢丝总面积10%时,必须进行换索。现阶段,受检查方法、检查设备及检查条件的限制,管养单位在日常检查过程中,无法对拉索锈蚀情况进行全面的检查,只能通过特殊检查的方式来进行检测。而具体的检测方法、检测指标尚无统一的规范标准。本文旨在从研究斜拉桥拉索病害情况出发,通过日常检查、特殊检查以及对旧索进行实验室检测等手段,充分分析拉索病害情况,结合部分斜拉桥拉索病害特点及换索时间,探讨拉索病害的影响因素,并总结管养经验。本课题拟通过对斜拉桥拉索病害的检测方法、拉索各项性能检测试验的理论研究,并结合重庆李家沱长江大桥斜拉索的一系列试验检测分析,深入研究评估,对大桥斜拉索病害情况进行分析研究,提出建议,为大桥管养单位后期对斜拉索的维护方案提供指导依据。同时也为斜拉桥规范化管理以及斜拉桥的设计、施工提供改进的参考。
[Abstract]:The cable-stayed bridge is a bridge that pulls the beam on the column with a number of stay cables. As one of the important bridge types of long-span bridges, the design and construction of the cable-stayed bridge have been developed rapidly worldwide, and the construction of the cable-stayed bridge in China is in the forefront of the world. However, in the early construction of the cable-stayed bridge, due to the technical development, the original design level is too low, the load of the vehicle is increasing, the construction level is limited, the influence of the natural factors and the human factors and the various unpredictable material variations are caused, the structural performance of the bridge is reduced, The damage is increasing, the original bearing capacity is continuously reduced, the protective layer of the stay cable fails, the cable rust, the fracture, the anchor head seepage and other diseases can not meet the requirements of the existing traffic load grade, so that the stay cable can not reach the design service life, and the cable can be changed in advance. The relevant regulations of the relevant urban and bridge maintenance industry of our country are as follows: only when the area of the steel wire that has broken in one cable exceeds 2% of the total area of the cable steel wire, or when the corrosion area of a cable steel wire exceeds 10% of the total area of the cable steel wire, the cable change must be carried out. At the present stage, the inspection method, the inspection equipment and the inspection conditions are limited. In the course of daily inspection, the pipe maintenance unit can not conduct a comprehensive check on the rust of the cable, and can only be tested by special inspection. and the specific detection method and the detection index do not have a uniform specification standard. Based on the study of the cable disease of cable-stayed bridge, this paper, by means of daily inspection, special inspection and laboratory test to the old cable, fully analyzes the cable disease condition, and discusses the influence factors of the cable disease by combining the characteristics of the cable disease and the changing time of the cable-stayed bridge in the cable-stayed bridge. and summarize the experience of the management. In this paper, a series of test and analysis of the cable-stayed bridge stay-cable disease, and a series of test and analysis of the cable of the cable-stayed bridge of the cable-stayed bridge are proposed, and a series of test and analysis of the stay cable of the Lijiaojiang Bridge in Chongqing are carried out, and the research on the disease of the cable-stayed bridge in the bridge is studied. The suggestion is put forward to provide the guidance for the maintenance of the stay cable in the later stage of the bridge maintenance unit. and also provides an improved reference for the standardization management of the cable-stayed bridge and the design and construction of the cable-stayed bridge.
