基于节能技术的进口散料码头装卸系统规划与设计

【摘要】:港口作为水陆交通的重要枢纽,对我国经济建设起到了非常重要的作用。我国港口吨位规模不断扩大,货物年吞吐量屡创新高,随之而来的是能源的巨大浪费和环境污染的不断恶化。同时随着港口间的竞争加剧,进口散货码头向着大型化、多用途化、节能化的方向发展,然而目前很多专业化散货码头的作业货物种类单一,影响了港口经济的发展。因此,面对复杂的港口情况需要制定出一套系统的解决方案。本文通过结合港口装卸设备、装卸工艺和散货物料的输送路径,以节能为目的并考虑多种因素,对进口散货码头的装卸设备进行选型,对码头的输送系统进行路径规划,采用减电机技术对堆场皮带机进行改造,达到港口节能的目的。首先,本文研究了进口散货码头卸船、运输和储存作业的现状和发展趋势。目前进口散货码头朝着大型化、多功能化和节能化的方向发展,这就要求散货码头能够适应不同的来港船型,可以接卸不同种类的散货物料,并能够尽量减少能源的浪费,降低成本,从而增强码头的竞争能力。其次,大型散货码头的装卸设备、工艺和输送系统影响着码头的能源消耗,文章采用层次分析法对卸船机进行选型设计,根据堆场作业情况选择堆、取料设备。依据来港船型、货物种类等因素,对皮带机系统的输送路径进行规划设计,并采用减电机技术对堆场皮带机进行改造。最后,本文以防城港20万吨矿石码头为例,采用层析分析法选择桥式抓斗卸船机进行卸船作业,采用斗轮堆取料机进行堆场作业,对码头的输送路径进行规划,从而使得煤炭和矿石运输采用不同的输送路径,最后根据堆场皮带机的4种作业工况使用减电机节能技术,并用VC++6.0开发出专门的减电机计算软件。
[Abstract]:As an important hub of land and water transportation, port plays a very important role in the economic construction of our country. The tonnage of ports in our country is expanding and the annual throughput of cargo is reaching a new high. The huge waste of energy and the worsening of environmental pollution come with it. At the same time, with the intensification of competition between ports, the import bulk wharf is developing towards the direction of large-scale, multi-purpose and energy-saving. However, at present, many specialized bulk wharves have a single type of operating cargo, which has affected the development of port economy. Therefore, in the face of complex port situation, we need to work out a set of systematic solutions. In this paper, combined with port loading and unloading equipment, loading and unloading technology and transportation path of bulk materials, taking energy saving as the purpose and considering various factors, the paper chooses the loading and unloading equipment of import bulk cargo terminal, and plans the route of the terminal transportation system. The technology of subtraction motor is used to transform the belt conveyor in the yard to achieve the purpose of energy saving in port. Firstly, this paper studies the present situation and development trend of the loading, unloading, transportation and storage operations of the import bulk cargo wharf. At present, the import bulk cargo wharf is developing towards the direction of large-scale, multi-functional and energy-saving. This requires that the bulk cargo terminal can adapt to different types of incoming ships, be able to unload different kinds of bulk cargo materials, and reduce the waste of energy as much as possible. Reduce the cost, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of the wharf. Secondly, the loading and unloading equipment, technology and transportation system of large bulk cargo wharf affect the energy consumption of wharf. In this paper, the type selection design of ship unloader is carried out by AHP, and according to the working conditions of the yard, the reactor and material collection equipment are selected. According to the factors of ship type and cargo type, the conveyance path of belt conveyor system is planned and designed, and the belt conveyor in the yard is modified by subtraction motor technology. Finally, taking the 200000 ton ore wharf of Fangcheng Port as an example, the paper chooses bridge grab ship unloader to unload ship by using chromatography analysis, and uses bucket wheel stacker to carry out yard operation, and plans the transportation route of wharf. In order to make coal and ore transportation adopt different transportation routes, according to the four working conditions of the yard belt machine, the energy saving technology of subtraction motor is used, and a special calculation software of subtraction motor is developed with VC 6.0.
