护栏结构安全裕度研究

【摘要】:提出护栏安全裕度的概念,将安全裕度概念引入护栏的结构设计和选型中。采用经实车碰撞试验校核的有限元仿真模型,通过仿真模拟方法分析A级(160 kJ)三波波形梁护栏和SA级(400 kJ)混凝土护栏的安全裕度。三波波形梁护栏的极限防护能力为中型客车176 kJ,护栏安全裕度为16 kJ,混凝土护栏的极限防护能力为大型货车440 kJ,护栏安全裕度为40 kJ,SA级混凝土护栏安全裕度略大于A级三波波形梁护栏。安全裕度较高的护栏更适合应用在车型构成复杂、超载超速可能性大、交通事故率较高的高风险路段。
[Abstract]:The concept of safety margin of guardrail is put forward, and the concept of safety margin is introduced into the structural design and selection of guardrail. The safety margin of A class (160 kJ) three-wave beam guardrail and SA class (400 kJ) concrete guardrail is analyzed by using the finite element simulation model verified by real vehicle impact test. The ultimate protection capability of the three-wave beam guardrail is the safety margin of 176 kJ, guardrail of medium passenger car the limit protection capability of 16 kJ, concrete guardrail is the safety margin of 440 kJ, guardrail of large truck and the safety margin of kJ, guardrail is 40 kJ,. The safety margin of SA class concrete guardrail is slightly higher than that of A class three wave waveform beam guardrail. The guardrail with high safety margin is more suitable to be used in high risk road sections with complex vehicle structure, high possibility of overloading and overspeed, and high traffic accident rate.
