甘肃夏热冬寒区沥青路面车辙防治技术研究

【摘要】:本课题研究通过气候特征调研,得出甘肃省大部地区属夏热冬寒区;选取典型路段进行车辆轴载调研,得出交通量中六轴货车最多,两轴车辆次之;分析了各类车型轴载、整车重,得出单轴最大荷载多大于规范标准轴载,且随轴数的增多,轴载的增大呈增长趋势;通过综合分析,得出了本课题调研路段属重载交通。在气候调研基础上,选取部分路段进行了车辙调研,得出了沥青混合料的高温稳定性能对车辙的影响较大;混合料的骨架结构和细集料的比例直接影响车辙形成;在道路的交叉路口和边坡路段更易发生车辙病害;因此,应重视混合料原材料合理选用、配合比优化设计、添加改良剂,合理的结构组合设计等,以提高沥青路面抗车辙能力。根据车辙调研数据,开展了沥青混合料室内实验研究,得出了在60℃条件下,级配和沥青对于沥青混合料高温稳定性影响显著,而添加剂则对沥青混合料高温稳定性能影响更为显著,按影响显著性水平大小排序依次为:添加剂级配沥青。根据不同剂量抗车辙剂SUP-20沥青混合料的试验,确定临合高速公路沥青路面中面层得最佳抗车辙剂掺量为4‰,添加抗车辙剂后动稳定度得到提高,且不损害混合料的低温性能和抗水损害性能;基于贝雷法进行橡胶沥青SMA-13混合料级配的优化,其高温稳定性较好,且橡胶沥青SMA-13混合料的低温抗裂性和抗水损害能力均符合技术标准要求。最后,依托工程临合高速公路路面施工,对路面结构进行了优化,中面层混合料添加抗车辙剂,上面层混合料改为橡胶沥青SMA-13混合料,根据试验路铺筑现场测试数据及跟踪检测结果的分析,经结构优化设计后的试验段抗车辙沥青路面的抗车辙性能得到明显改善,试验路段路面的使用性能保持较好;根据试验路经济和社会效益分析,采用改进的抗车辙沥青路面结构,会增加建设成本,但是沥青路面的路用性能会提高,因而会提高使用寿命,相较于后期的养护维修费用很小,具有良好的经济和社会效益。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of climate characteristics, this paper concludes that most areas of Gansu Province belong to hot summer and cold winter region, select typical sections of road to carry out vehicle axle load investigation, and draw the conclusion that six axle trucks are the most in traffic volume, and two axle vehicles are the second. The axle load of all kinds of vehicles is analyzed and the whole vehicle weight is analyzed. The results show that the maximum load of single axle is more than the standard axle load, and with the increase of axle number, the axial load increases with the increase of axle number. Through comprehensive analysis, it is concluded that the research section of this subject belongs to heavy load traffic. On the basis of climate investigation, some sections of the road were selected for rutting investigation, and it was concluded that the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture had a great impact on rutting, and the ratio of skeleton structure of mixture and fine aggregate directly affected the rutting formation. In order to improve the rutting resistance of asphalt pavement, we should pay more attention to the rational selection of raw materials, optimum design of mix ratio, addition of modifier and reasonable structural combination design in order to improve the rutting resistance of asphalt pavement. According to the rut investigation data, the indoor experimental study of asphalt mixture is carried out. It is concluded that the gradation and asphalt have significant influence on the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture at 60 鈩,
