基于横波传播特性的无损检测方法及在沉管隧道基础灌砂检测中的应用

【摘要】:采用各种探测手段揭示目标介质内部构造一直是工程界所关心的重要课题。以三维层状介质中的弹性场传播特性为基础,建立基于横波传播特性的无损检测方法。采用有限元数值模拟方法,针对含有低速夹层的水平层状介质模型,获得下部介质变化时横波响应波形数据,并对其进行波形形态、响应能量等特性分析,揭示当低速夹层介质的物理参数改变时,在模型表面接收到的横波响应特性与下部介质的相对密实度等参数的关系,明确基于横波传播特性的无损检测方法的有效性和精确性。在数值计算的基础上,开展沉管隧道底板灌砂全尺寸模型试验研究,采集灌砂施工前后的横波响应波形数据,通过对横波响应波形形态及响应能量分布进行可视化处理,实现对沉管隧道底板灌砂效果的评价。
[Abstract]:It has been an important subject in engineering field to reveal the internal structure of target medium by various detection methods. Based on the propagation characteristics of elastic field in three dimensional layered media, a nondestructive testing method based on the propagation characteristics of shear wave is established. Based on the horizontal layered medium model with low velocity intercalation, the shear wave response waveform data are obtained by using finite element numerical simulation method, and the waveform shape and response energy are analyzed. When the physical parameters of the low-velocity intercalated medium change, the relation between the response characteristics of the shear wave received on the surface of the model and the relative density of the lower medium is revealed, and the validity and accuracy of the nondestructive testing method based on the propagation characteristics of the shear wave are clarified. On the basis of numerical calculation, the full-scale model test of sand filling on bottom plate of immersed tunnel is carried out, and the wave data of shear wave response before and after sand pouring are collected, and the shape of wave shape and response energy distribution of shear wave response are visualized. The effect of sand filling on bottom plate of immersed tunnel is evaluated.
