城市道路步行系统评价指标体系与方法研究

【摘要】:随着生活水平的提高,居民出行方式呈多样化的发展趋势;同时,诸如交通拥挤、交通安全、交通环境等问题愈发严重。其中,步行道路设施与环境的不完善造成居民步行出行比例的下降和小汽车出行比例的上升。随着“绿色”、“低碳”、“以人为本”等交通理念的发展,道路步行交通系统的规划设计等逐渐得到重视,相关理论与方法也逐步成为研究的焦点。城市道路步行系统评价指标体系对指导城市道路步行系统改善工作、建立良性城市道路步行系统具有重要的意义。本文以城市道路步行系统评价指标体系为研究对象。从设施水平、环境水平和运行水平三个方面出发建立评价指标体系。基于评价指标体系,研究城市道路步行系统评价指标体系的评价基准和评价方法研究。主要包括以下内容:首先,论文对城市道路步行系统进行基础理论分析。通过阐述步行交通的定义、定位及特征分析,分析了道路步行系统的系统构成、系统特征,进而明确道路步行系统的设计原则。其次,通过运用交叉分析法初步选取评价指标、运用专家评分法优化评价指标,构建了含有设施水平指标、环境水平指标和运行水平指标的城市道路步行系统评价指标体系。结合各项指标的计算方式,基于标准规范法、计算映射法、综合分析法三种方法确定指标的评价基准,进而确定城市道路系统评价指标的评价等级。在分析常见评价方法适用范围的基础上,提出基于层次分析法和熵权法的数据包络分析法,用于评价城市道路步行系统,进而判断其评价道路的有效性,即衡量其设施、环境水平与运行水平的协调程度。最后,以北京市三里河、金融街区域为案例,基于城市道路步行系统评价指标体系和方法,对其道路步行系统进行评价。并根据评价结果明确其城市道路步行系统的改善方向,同时验证了城市道路步行系统评价指标体系与方法的可行性及实用性。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of living standard, residents' travel mode is becoming more and more diversified. At the same time, the problems such as traffic congestion, traffic safety, traffic environment and so on are becoming more and more serious. Among them, the imperfection of walking road facilities and environment leads to the decrease of the proportion of residents walking trip and the increase of the proportion of car travel. With the development of "green", "low carbon", "people-oriented" and so on, the planning and design of road walking traffic system have been paid more and more attention, and the relevant theories and methods have gradually become the focus of research. The evaluation index system of urban road walking system is of great significance to guide the improvement of urban road walking system and to establish a benign urban road walking system. This paper takes the evaluation index system of urban road walking system as the research object. The evaluation index system is established from three aspects: facility level, environment level and operation level. Based on the evaluation index system, the evaluation criteria and methods of the evaluation index system of urban road walking system are studied. The main contents are as follows: first, the paper carries on the basic theory analysis to the urban road walking system. Based on the definition, location and characteristic analysis of walking traffic, this paper analyzes the system composition and system characteristics of road walking system, and then clarifies the design principles of road walking system. Secondly, the evaluation index system of urban road walking system including facility level index, environment level index and operation level index is constructed by using cross analysis method to select evaluation index and expert scoring method to optimize evaluation index. Combined with the calculation methods of each index, based on the standard specification method, the calculation mapping method and the comprehensive analysis method, the evaluation benchmark of the index is determined, and then the evaluation grade of the evaluation index of the urban road system is determined. On the basis of analyzing the applicable scope of common evaluation methods, the paper puts forward the data envelopment analysis method based on AHP and entropy weight method, which is used to evaluate the urban road walking system, and then to judge the effectiveness of the evaluation road, that is, to measure its facilities. The degree of coordination between the environmental level and the operational level. Finally, taking the area of Sanlihe and Financial Street in Beijing as an example, based on the evaluation index system and method of urban road walking system, the paper evaluates the road walking system. According to the evaluation results, the improvement direction of the urban road walking system is determined, and the feasibility and practicability of the evaluation index system and method of the urban road walking system are verified.
