加速磨耗试验与沥青路面表层抗滑研究

【摘要】:我国在进行沥青路面高速公路的建设过程当中,应用于沥青路面表层的粗集料以辉绿岩以及玄武岩为主,极少用到石灰岩,这是由于普遍的观点认为石灰岩应用于沥青路面表层时,沥青路面的抗滑性能不能满足要求。与此同时,一方面由于我国近些年来新建的高速公路里程急速增长,玄武岩被大量消耗掉,而且玄武岩的开采比较困难、开采成本较高,这样一来使得玄武岩的采购价格也急剧上升,从而使得修建高速公路的成本相应的提高。另外一方面,在我国境内,石灰岩广泛的储藏在各个地区,如果能够将石灰岩应用于高速公路沥青路面表层,那么将大大的节约修建高速公路的成本。基于这种情况,本文将结合实体工程,通过铺筑200m的试验路段以及室内沥青混合料试件磨耗试验对石灰岩沥青混合料的抗滑性能性能进行研究。同时对不同类型的石灰岩的相关技术性能指标进行检测,对石灰岩各个性能指标进行研究和分析。本文的主要研究内容如下:本文的主要研究方案是一方面按照规范推荐的方法对石灰岩粗集料的抗滑耐磨各项性能指标进行了试验验证,分析石灰岩粗集料的各项指标性能是否在规范要求范围以内。另一方面进行室内加速磨耗试验,对沥青混合料的抗滑性能的影响因素进行了研究和分析。本文还采用了实体工程法对石灰岩用于沥青路面的可行性进行了相关研究,主要方法是通过铺筑试验路段,并对试验路段的路用性能指标进行检测。本文首先主要是对沥青混合料抗滑性能进行了相关研究,首先确定了进行相关室内试验研究,分别研究了集料类型以及级配对沥青混合料抗滑速率的影响。分别以集料类型以及级配为变量进行了沥青混合料试件的室内磨耗试验,从而研究了集料类型、磨耗圈数以及级配对沥青路面抗滑作用的影响。然后主要是通过对不同类型的石灰岩的各项性能指标进行了检测,研究石灰岩粗集料应用于高速公路沥青路面表层中时,沥青路面的抗滑耐磨性能是否能够满足相应要求,在云南省大理至临沧高速公路实体项目工地实验室对应用于该项目中的石灰岩粗集料进行了相关检测工作,具体是以《公路工程集料试验规程》中推荐的具体试验方法对石灰岩粗集料进行了各项技术性能检测试验,以验证石灰岩粗集料应用于高速公路沥青路面表层时能否满足相应的路用性能要求。为得到石灰岩用于沥青路面表层在施工过程中需要严格控制的性能指标提供了参考。最后,本文主要是提供对所铺筑的试验路段的各项抗滑性能指标进行了检测和分析,研究石灰岩应用于沥青路面表层中实际的抗滑效果,为石灰岩应用于沥青路面表层提供了实践依据。本文的主要创新点在于将相关理论研究在实体工程中进行了验证,为粗集料石灰岩应用于实际工程项目中提供了可靠的依据。
[Abstract]:In the course of the construction of asphalt pavement expressway in China, the coarse aggregates used in the surface layer of asphalt pavement are mainly diabase and basalt, and limestone is rarely used. This is due to the general view that when limestone is applied to the surface of asphalt pavement, the anti-skid performance of asphalt pavement can not meet the requirements. At the same time, on the one hand, due to the rapid increase in mileage of newly built highways in China in recent years, basalt has been consumed in large quantities, and the mining of basalt is more difficult and costly. As a result, the purchase price of basalt has risen sharply, and the cost of building highways has increased accordingly. On the other hand, in our country, limestone is widely stored in various areas. If limestone can be applied to the surface of asphalt pavement, it will greatly reduce the cost of highway construction. Based on this situation, this paper will study the skid resistance of limestone asphalt mixture through the test section of 200 m and the wear test of indoor asphalt mixture. At the same time, the related technical performance indexes of different types of limestone are tested, and each performance index of limestone is studied and analyzed. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: on the one hand, according to the method recommended by the standard, the performance of the coarse limestone aggregate is tested and verified. This paper analyzes whether the performance of limestone coarse aggregate is within the required range of specifications. On the other hand, indoor accelerated wear test is carried out to study and analyze the influencing factors of asphalt mixture's skid resistance. In this paper, the feasibility of using limestone in asphalt pavement is studied by using solid engineering method. The main method is to construct the test section and test the road performance index of the test road. In this paper, first of all, the anti-skid performance of asphalt mixture is studied. Firstly, the related laboratory test is carried out, and the effects of aggregate type and gradation on the anti-slip rate of asphalt mixture are studied respectively. Taking aggregate type and gradation as variables, the indoor wear tests of asphalt mixture specimens were carried out, and the effects of aggregate type, wear cycle number and gradation on the anti-skid effect of asphalt pavement were studied. Secondly, through the examination of various performance indexes of different types of limestone, the paper studies whether the skid resistance and wear resistance of asphalt pavement can meet the corresponding requirements when the coarse limestone aggregate is applied to the surface layer of highway asphalt pavement. In the site laboratory of the entity project of Dali to Lincang Expressway in Yunnan Province, the limestone coarse aggregate used in the project was tested. The concrete test method recommended in "Highway Engineering aggregate Test Code" is used to test the technical performance of coarse limestone aggregate. In order to verify whether the limestone coarse aggregate can meet the corresponding road performance requirements when it is applied to the surface layer of highway asphalt pavement. It provides a reference for the performance index of limestone used in the construction process of asphalt pavement surface. Finally, this paper mainly provides the testing and analysis of the anti-skid performance indexes of the experimental road sections, and studies the actual anti-skid effect of limestone applied to the surface of asphalt pavement. It provides a practical basis for the application of limestone to the surface of asphalt pavement. The main innovation of this paper lies in the verification of relevant theoretical research in physical engineering, which provides a reliable basis for the application of coarse aggregate limestone in practical engineering projects.
