废轮胎粉改性SMA沥青混合料路用性能实验研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济的迅速发展,汽车保有量急剧增加,因此产生了大量废旧轮胎,造成了“黑色污染”。为了解决废料的处理问题,最值得关注的就是回收利用。将废旧轮胎变废为宝,添加到沥青中改性沥青,处理掉部分废旧轮胎的同时,还能够改善沥青路面的各项路用性能。然而单纯地将废轮胎生产成胶粉加入到沥青中,会产生了诸多问题,制约了橡胶沥青的发展,如生产温度过高沥青老化、施工性能和施工环境问题、耐久性能问题等。SMA骨料结构具有优异的抵抗变形能力、抗滑降噪、防止水雾现象、提高能见度、延长路面使用寿命以及良好的低温抗裂性能。但是目前一般都采用SBS改性沥青,大大提高了筑路成本,因此找到一种既能降低成本又能提高道路使用性能的材料代替之,是市场发展的需求。为此,本论文采用HCG型裂解剂对废轮胎粉沥青进行改性,希望能够配制出性能优良的胶粉沥青混合料,推广废轮胎粉改性沥青混合料,指导工程应用。论文采用针入度、延度、软化点、旋转粘度作为评价指标研究废轮胎粉改性沥青的技术性能,并与未添加裂解剂的废轮胎粉沥青进行对比研究,采用湿法工艺研究废轮胎胶粉的掺量、裂解剂的掺量和裂解时间这三大因素的变化对废轮胎粉沥青技术性质的影响,并得到研究范围内废轮胎粉改性沥青的最佳配比。论文对废轮胎粉改性沥青混合料的性能进行了研究。文中以70#沥青中加入20%胶粉、4‰裂解剂、裂解2h的配比制作废轮胎粉改性沥青。选定SMA-13级配作为混合料结构,对废轮胎粉改性SMA沥青混合料进行路用性能研究。研究内容包括混合料的高低温性能、水稳定性和疲劳特性。试验结果表明:废轮胎粉改性SMA沥青-13混合料的综合路用性能更加优越;水稳定性能有显著提高,高温稳定性能提升幅度更大但略低于未加裂解剂的废轮胎粉沥青混合料,疲劳性能和低温性能略高于未加裂解剂的废轮胎粉SMA沥青混合料。废轮胎粉改性SMA沥青混合料更适用于工程实践,其工作性也比较优良。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the number of cars has increased rapidly, so a large number of waste tires have been produced, which has caused "black pollution". In order to solve the waste disposal problem, the most worthy of attention is recycling. When the waste tire is changed into a treasure, the modified asphalt is added to the asphalt, and some of the waste tires are treated. At the same time, the road performance of the asphalt pavement can also be improved. However, simply adding rubber powder from waste tires to asphalt will cause many problems, which will restrict the development of rubber asphalt, such as aging of asphalt at high production temperature, construction performance and construction environment problems. SMA aggregate structure has excellent resistance to deformation, anti-sliding and noise reduction, preventing water mist phenomenon, improving visibility, prolonging pavement service life and good low temperature crack resistance. However, at present, SBS modified asphalt is generally used, which greatly increases the cost of road construction. Therefore, it is the demand of market development to find a material that can reduce the cost and improve the performance of the road. Therefore, this paper uses HCG pyrolysis agent to modify the waste tire powder asphalt, hoping to prepare the rubber powder asphalt mixture with good performance, popularize the waste tire powder modified asphalt mixture, and guide the engineering application. In this paper, penetration, ductility, softening point and rotational viscosity are used as evaluation indexes to study the technical performance of waste tire powder modified asphalt, and to compare it with waste tire powder asphalt without pyrolysis agent. The effects of three factors, such as the content of waste tire powder, the amount of pyrolysis agent and the pyrolysis time, on the technical properties of waste tire powder asphalt were studied by wet process, and the optimum proportion of waste tire powder modified asphalt was obtained.
