双线盾构施工引起地表及建筑物沉降规律研究

【摘要】:结合武汉地铁3号线19标段双线隧道施工,利用数值模拟和现场测试的方法,研究盾构施工过程中建筑物及地表沉降变形特征,并根据同一建筑物不同部位的沉降差判定施工过程中建筑物的安全性。研究结果表明:地表沉降在建筑物处明显增大,建筑物所在位置及其周围土体呈现整体倾斜变形;隧道横向上建筑物长宽比越大,地层滑移角及沉降槽宽度越大;建筑物和基础的沉降变形与隧道施工动态相关,基础的不均匀沉降导致建筑物安全性降低。由此可知,盾构施工对上部建筑物的影响非常显著,研究成果可为今后类似工程设计施工提供参考。
[Abstract]:Combined with the construction of double-track tunnel in No. 19 section of Wuhan Metro Line 3, the settlement and deformation characteristics of buildings and ground surface during shield tunneling construction are studied by numerical simulation and field test. According to the settlement difference of different parts of the same building, the safety of the building during construction is determined. The results show that the surface settlement increases obviously in the building, the position of the building and the soil around it are inclined deformation, the larger the aspect ratio of the tunnel is, the greater the slip angle and the width of the settlement trough are. The settlement and deformation of the building and foundation are related to the dynamic of tunnel construction, and the uneven settlement of the foundation leads to the decrease of the safety of the building. It can be seen that the shield construction has a significant influence on the upper building, and the research results can provide reference for the design and construction of similar engineering in the future.
