某洗选厂带式输送机管桁架栈桥设计

【摘要】:近年来我国工业化生产水平迅速提高,采用传统的汽车机械进行物料运输无法保证生产连续性,而且会带来较高的运输成本。在这种情况下,采用连续运输的管带、皮带不仅能保证物料的连续供应,还能实现物料运输的自动化控制,运输成本得到有效降低。这就促使了承载此类机械设备的栈桥在煤炭、水泥、冶金等生产领域得到大量应用。和混凝土结构形式的栈桥相比,钢桁架式栈桥具有自重轻,占地少,跨度大,外形美观,抗震性能好,施工周期短等一系列优势。本文采用stcad管结构设计软件,以某煤矿皮带栈桥桁架设计为例,对管桁架栈桥进行分析、研究。首先根据工程特点,提出了总体的设计方案。包括栈桥整体结构的组成、整体传力途径、栈桥跨度及其布置范围。其次对组成栈桥的两大主要结构即栈桥桁架、支撑桁架,进行细化设计,包括其具体尺寸的确定,栈桥和支撑结构连接处栈桥支座的确定等。然后对这两部分分别进行结构建模、计算分析,最后对设计中遇到的问题,对规范中尚未明确规定的相关环节如计算单元选取、弦腹杆布置形式、角度等方面进行对比分析,总结出了相应的做法。设计的栈桥受力合理、安全经济。分析得出:栈桥桁架和支撑桁架可看成两种结构独立建模,根据计算分析,杆件以轴向变形为主,可以充分利用钢构件的强度,发挥杆件特性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the level of industrial production in China has been improved rapidly. The traditional automobile machinery can not guarantee the continuity of production, and it will bring higher transportation cost. In this case, the belt can not only guarantee the continuous supply of materials, but also realize the automatic control of material transportation, and reduce the transportation cost effectively. Therefore, the trestle with such mechanical equipment has been widely used in coal, cement, metallurgy and other fields. Compared with the concrete trestle, the steel truss trestle has a series of advantages, such as light weight, less occupation, large span, beautiful appearance, good seismic performance, short construction period and so on. In this paper, the pipe truss is analyzed and studied by stcad pipe structure design software, taking the design of belt trestle truss in a coal mine as an example. First of all, according to the characteristics of the project, the overall design scheme is put forward. It includes the whole structure of the trestle, the whole transmission way, the span of the trestle and the range of arrangement. Secondly, the two main structures composed of the trestle truss, supporting truss, are designed in detail, including the determination of the specific dimensions, the determination of the trestle support at the joint of the trestle and the supporting structure, and so on. Then the structural modeling, calculation and analysis of the two parts are carried out respectively. Finally, the problems encountered in the design are compared and analyzed in the aspects of the selection of calculation units, the arrangement of chord webs, the angle and so on, which are not clearly specified in the code. The corresponding methods are summarized. The designed trestle is reasonable in force and safe and economical. It is concluded that trestle truss and braced truss can be regarded as independent modeling of two kinds of structures. According to calculation and analysis, the members are mainly subjected to axial deformation, which can make full use of the strength of steel members and give full play to the characteristics of the members.
