采用橡胶气囊实现隧道盾构密封的研究

【摘要】：充气式高压橡胶气囊作为一种新的密封方式被应用到盾构施工中。为了解决隧道盾构进出洞施工中的盾构密封问题,从密封原理出发,进行了性能参数、装置结构特点、气囊选型设计、安装操作流程等方面的分析研究,结果表明:充气式高压橡胶气囊可以实现进出洞门与盾构外壳的可靠密封,其操作性和可靠性相对传统密封方式有了很大的改进和提高,目前已在盾构进出洞密封工程中得到了应用。
[Abstract]:As a new sealing method, inflatable high pressure rubber air bag is applied in shield construction. In order to solve the problem of shield sealing in tunnel shield tunnel construction, the performance parameters, device structure characteristics, airbag selection and design, installation operation flow and so on are analyzed and studied based on the sealing principle. The results show that the pneumatic high pressure rubber air bag can realize the reliable sealing of the inlet and outlet door and shield shell, and its operation and reliability have been greatly improved compared with the traditional sealing method. At present, it has been applied in shield tunnel sealing engineering.
