盾构施工对邻近既有隧道的影响分析
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21st century, the vigorous development of social economy has promoted the urban construction, and the urbanization process has led to the congestion of urban traffic, so the construction of urban subway is imminent. However, with the development of urban underground traffic construction, the increase of urban subway lines will often meet the shield tunnel construction adjacent to or crossing some of the existing tunnels. The shield construction will cause disturbance of surrounding strata and change the stress state of soil, and the displacement stratum will lead to uneven settlement and rupture of adjacent tunnels, which will seriously affect their normal use. It is of great significance to analyze the influence of shield construction on adjacent existing tunnels and summarize the rules for the normal advance of shield construction. Based on the engineering background of Hefei South Railway Station Line 5, this paper develops theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and monitoring data and simulation contrast analysis, and systematically analyzes the influence effect and law of shield construction on adjacent existing tunnels. The main work is as follows: (1) introduce the content and significance of this study in detail, through the relevant literature research, summarize the law, put forward the problem, analyze the existing but still unresolved problems at the present stage, Combined with the engineering examples in this paper, the research contents and methods are determined. (2) through theoretical analysis and research, the influence mechanism and law of shield construction on surrounding building (construction) are summarized, and the working mechanism and flow of shield machine are understood. This paper analyzes the stress mechanism of surrounding rock between single and double caverns, compares them, and analyzes the difference between them under the same construction environment. (3) mastering the use of finite element software. According to the actual working conditions, the finite element numerical calculation model is established. By defining different construction conditions, the influence of shield tunneling with different vertical distances on the existing tunnel is compared and analyzed. Through comparative analysis, the most suitable construction distance is obtained. (4) the field measured data are collected and analyzed, and then compared with the results of the theoretical numerical simulation, the similarities and differences between the two are found out from the comparative analysis. Summing up the rules provides theoretical guidance for normal construction, and also provides corresponding reference for similar projects.
