基于汉宁高速公路的交通信息系统平台研究

【摘要】:公路行业信息化是信息化建设的重要内容之一,全面保证交通信息化建设极其重要。随着高速路网的建设不断加快及基础设备规模的不断增大,路网管理效率、能力也会面临更加严峻的考验,因此迫切地需要寻求应用信息化的手段,提升高速公路运营管理效率及能力。本文以汉宁高速为例,首先分析了汉宁高速交通信息系统存在:信息资源分散,缺少统一管理;缺少统一规划、统一标准和规范,“信息孤岛”现象严重;系统应用关联性、扩展性差的特点。基于云平台的交通信息系统平台通过明确视频管理系统、交通控制系统、事务管理系统、交通监控系统等交通子系统之间的关系及其相互信息需求,通过云平台从架构模型和技术上实现各个交通系统之间的无缝整合,将各个子系统有机地结合起来,从整体上发挥出更大的作用,达到综合利用各种信息以增强管理决策和信息服务的能力,实现一个运营高效化、决策快速化、服务公众化、信息网络化的现代化、智能化的综合交通信息平台。本文通过分析云平台基本架构及其关键技术,以交通信息管理系统的应用与实现方式为研究对象,应用云平台基本架构及其关键技术,集成了基于云平台的交通信息系统框架,并以此框架设计了基于云平台的汉宁高速交通信息系统。
[Abstract]:Highway industry informatization is one of the important contents of information construction, and it is very important to ensure the traffic information construction in an all-round way. With the construction of highway network speeding up and the scale of basic equipment increasing, the efficiency and ability of road network management will also face a more severe test. Therefore, it is urgent to seek the means of applying information technology. Improve the efficiency and ability of highway operation and management. Taking Hanning Expressway as an example, this paper first analyzes the existence of Hanning High-speed Transportation Information system: information resources are scattered, lack of unified management, lack of unified planning, unified standards and norms, and the phenomenon of "information isolated island" is serious. System application relevance, the characteristics of poor scalability. The traffic information system platform based on cloud platform clarifies the relationship and mutual information requirements among the transportation subsystems such as video management system, traffic control system, transaction management system, traffic monitoring system, etc. Through the cloud platform from the architectural model and technology to achieve seamless integration between the various transportation systems, the organic integration of the various subsystems, from the overall play a greater role, It can make comprehensive use of all kinds of information to enhance the ability of management decision making and information service, and realize a modern and intelligent transportation information platform with high efficiency, fast decision making, serving the public and information networking. By analyzing the basic structure of cloud platform and its key technology, this paper takes the application and realization of traffic information management system as the research object, applies the basic structure and key technology of cloud platform, and integrates the framework of traffic information system based on cloud platform. In this framework, the Hanning High Speed Traffic Information system based on cloud platform is designed.
