高速公路沥青路面施工质量监控方法与体系研究

【摘要】:在道路工程领域中,由于施工质量管理体系长期以来存在很大的缺陷,使得我国高速公路沥青路面一直摆脱不了早期损坏的命运。经大量实践证明,现行的事后检测验收制度并不能对沥青路面早期损坏的结果有所改善。特别地,目前的施工质量管理体系中存在着一个严重影响沥青路面质量的痼疾,就是“虚假数据”的问题。故建立一套完善的沥青路面施工质量监控体系同时进行信息化管理成为当前迫切的任务。本文以开发完善的信息化管理体系为最终目的,以“复合式”高速公路沥青路面施工为背景,建立了一套路面施工全过程的质量监控体系。首先,结合以往沥青路面的咨询工作,仔细研读施工图纸,根据本工程的实际情况,编写本项目的路面施工质量控制与管理手册,从而建立沥青路面施工质量保证体系与管理流程以及信息化管理平台。其次,在借鉴国内外的相关技术规范和实践经验的基础上,收集各方专家的意见作为参考,依据施工过程中涉及的因素,按照易于监控,便于检测原则,归纳出施工过程的监控指标,按照递阶结构分别建立了施工前和施工中监控指标体系,并通过分析总结选择了合适的指标标度法,最终推荐使用0-4标度法。然后,设计出“德尔菲法”所需要汇集专家意见的表格,汇总统计了15个专家关于指标“重要性标度”和“评价标准”的意见并通过改进的AHP法建立若干判断矩阵,计算出指标体系中各项指标的权重值。最后,纵观古今中外的指标质量度量方法,推荐采用专家评分法和PWL(允许限值内百分率)法联合评价的方法建立指标体系的评价标准,并最终统一回归到得分值的标准以便对整个路面进行总评价,从而建立了评价因子层中各项指标的得分体系。再结合权重值,即可计算出更高层次指标的得分,使得对施工各环节都能做出评价。同时,为了防止“虚假数据”的出现,在施工中,需对各方数据进行真实性检验。最终,通过列举某一路段的具体施工作为说明,把路面施工质量测评全过程演示了一遍,并说明了其在实际施工运行中收到良好的效果。为开发出一套完善的信息化管理系统作出了坚实的理论基础。
[Abstract]:In the field of road engineering, because of the defects of the construction quality management system for a long time, the asphalt pavement of expressway in our country has always been unable to get rid of the fate of early damage. It has been proved by a lot of practice that the current post-inspection and acceptance system can not improve the result of early damage of asphalt pavement. In particular, there is a chronic disease which seriously affects the quality of asphalt pavement in the current construction quality management system, which is the problem of "false data". Therefore, it is an urgent task to establish a set of perfect asphalt pavement construction quality monitoring system and carry on the information management at the same time. This paper takes the development of a perfect information management system as the ultimate goal, taking the "compound" expressway asphalt pavement construction as the background, and establishes a set of quality monitoring system of the whole process of the pavement construction. First of all, according to the actual situation of the project, we compile the manual of pavement construction quality control and management according to the previous consulting work of asphalt pavement, and carefully read the construction drawings. In order to establish asphalt pavement construction quality assurance system, management process and information management platform. Secondly, on the basis of drawing lessons from relevant technical norms and practical experience at home and abroad, collecting the opinions of experts from all sides as reference, according to the factors involved in the construction process, according to the principles of easy monitoring and easy detection, The monitoring index of construction process is summed up and the monitoring index system before and during construction is established according to the hierarchical structure, and the suitable index scale method is selected through analysis and summary, and the 0-4 scale method is recommended finally. Then, a table of experts' opinions is designed, and the opinions of 15 experts on the "importance scale" and "evaluation criteria" of the indicators are collected and counted, and some judgment matrices are established through the improved AHP method. Calculate the weight of each index in the index system. Finally, looking back at the traditional and modern index quality measurement methods, it is recommended that the expert scoring method and the PWL (allowable percentage within limit) method be used to establish the evaluation criteria of the index system. Finally, the standard of returning to the score value is unified in order to evaluate the whole road surface, and the scoring system of each index in the evaluation factor layer is established. Combined with the weight value, we can calculate the score of the higher level index, so that each link can be evaluated. At the same time, in order to prevent the appearance of "false data", it is necessary to check the authenticity of the data in construction. Finally, by listing the concrete construction of a section of road as an explanation, the whole process of pavement construction quality evaluation is demonstrated, and it is shown that it has a good effect in the actual construction operation. For the development of a set of perfect information management system to make a solid theoretical basis.
