主动铰接盾构在连续小半径曲线中风化泥岩的掘进控制技术

【摘要】:武汉市轨道交通11号线东段工程光谷四路站—光谷五路站区间为"S"型连续曲线,最小平曲线半径为350 m,采用盾构法施工。通过对主动铰接盾构机掘进控制的难点分析,从土压力、千斤顶推力、千斤顶行程差、水平铰接角度和前盾水平趋向等方面采取有针对性的技术控制措施,使成型隧道轴线、管片错台控制在规范允许范围之内,成功解决了连续小半径曲线隧道盾构施工轴线难以控制、管片容易错台等大问题。
[Abstract]:There is a "S" continuous curve between the "S" type continuous curve and the radius of the most Xiaoping curve is 350 m, in the east section of Line 11 of Wuhan Rail Transit, which is constructed by shield method. Based on the analysis of the difficulties in tunneling control of active articulated shield machine, some technical control measures are taken from the aspects of earth pressure, Jack thrust, differential stroke of Jack, horizontal hinge angle and horizontal trend of front shield, so that the tunnel axis can be formed. The control of segment stagger is within the allowable range of the specification, which has successfully solved the problems such as the difficulty of controlling the axis of shield tunneling with continuous small radius curve, and the easy stagger of segment, etc.
