混凝土桥墩船撞损伤指标研究

【摘要】:随着我国河运和海运交通的快速发展,船桥相撞事故在近年越来越多,之前船撞领域大多是在撞击力方面进行研究,而对与船桥相撞后桥梁的损伤程度的研究较少,甚至是一片空白,所以提出一个合理的损伤指标是目前船撞领域亟待解决的问题。本文正是在此背景下,结合抗震领域,车撞领域及抗风领域的研究成果,以大量的仿真数据及试验研究,提出以墩底转角作为损伤指标来界定混凝土矩形桥墩在受到船舶撞击后的五种损伤状态。本研究主要开展的研究工作如下:①利用数值仿真计算方法,模拟了缩放后试验摆锤,混凝土桥墩在五种工况下的撞击情形,按照相同的撞击点,不同的撞击速度观察混凝土矩形桥墩中钢筋轴力,墩顶位移以及墩底混凝土的开裂情况,以此为依据,将墩底转角作为判断混凝土桥墩损伤等级的指标。②对提出的损伤指标进行试验验证,以单摆装置为依托,不同工况下提取摆锤不同的竖向高度以获得不同的撞击速度,由应变片来测取钢筋和混凝土的状态,拉线位移传感器测取墩顶位移,同时将试验数据与仿真数据对比分析,最终得出判断混凝土矩形桥墩损伤等级的第一临界转角Δ_s=1/5ε_0/ζ_yh_0H和第二临界转角Δ_d=2/3ε_0/ζ_yh_0H。③以工况五中桥墩的最终破坏形式判断,桥墩在受到较大的冲击荷载作用下其最终的破坏形式为脆性破坏。最后,本文对船撞碰撞研究领域进行了展望,对其中损伤指标以及本文部分成果尚需进一步研究的内容进行总结。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of river and sea transportation in our country, there are more and more collision accidents between ships and bridges in recent years. Before that, most of the research on collision force was carried out in the field of ship collision, but the research on the damage degree of bridge after collision with ship bridge was less. Even a blank, so it is urgent to put forward a reasonable damage index in the field of ship collision. Under this background, combined with the research results in the field of earthquake resistance, vehicle collision and wind resistance, this paper uses a large number of simulation data and experimental research. Five damage states of concrete rectangular bridge pier after impact by ship are defined by the angle of the bottom of the pier as the damage index. The main research work of this study is as follows: 1 by using the numerical simulation method, the paper simulates the impact of the scaled test pendulum and the concrete pier under five working conditions, according to the same impact point. The axial force of steel bar, the displacement of the pier top and the cracking of concrete at the bottom of the pier are observed with different impingement velocities. The bottom rotation angle of the pier is taken as the index to judge the damage grade of concrete pier. 2 the damage index is tested and verified. Based on the single pendulum device, different vertical height of the pendulum hammer is extracted under different working conditions to obtain different impact velocity. The state of steel bar and concrete is measured by strain gauge, and the displacement of pier top is measured by wire displacement sensor. At the same time, the test data and simulation data are compared and analyzed. Finally, the first critical angle 螖 _ sn 1 / 5 蔚 _ 0 / 味 _ yh_0H and the second critical angle 螖 _ dn _ 2 / 3 蔚 _ 0 / 味 _ yh_0H.3 are obtained to judge the damage grade of concrete rectangular pier. The ultimate failure form of pier subjected to large impact load is brittle failure. Finally, this paper looks forward to the research field of ship collision, and summarizes the damage index and some achievements of this paper.
