快速公交运行服务水平与乘客满意度研究

【摘要】:随着城市化进程加快,城市交通拥堵及环境污染等问题日益严重,优先发展城市公共交通被大多数城市定位为发展战略,而以公交专用道为依托的城市快速公共交通系统得到大力推广。由于规划设计阶段的限制或者后期运营的管理水平不足,快速公交实际的运行服务水平与预期有一定差距;随着居民生活质量的提高,对公交运行服务水平的要求也越来越严格。如何准确的评价公交运行服务水平,从而采取相应的措施改善服务水平并提高快速公交分担率,具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文从分析快速公交系统运行特性入手,从公交实际运行服务水平和乘客满意度两方面建立评价指标体系,运用AHP评价公交实际运行服务水平和结构方程模型评价面向乘客满意度的运行服务水平,并将两种不同角度的评价结果进行对比,以济南市快速公交线路BRTl为实例,研究其运行服务水平并提出优化建议。本文主要研究工作及结论分为三部分:1.理论研究,包括第一章和第二章。本部分对快速公交发展历程、专用道发展、服务水平及乘客满意度研究进行了系统的梳理,提出公交专用道下研究快速公交系统运行服务水平的必要性,并且界定了本文研究对象和研究内容,为下文的研究奠定了基础。2.方法研究,包括第三章和第四章。本部分对城市快速公交系统的特点及组成进行了系统介绍,从快速公交运行和乘客满意两个角度分别构建模型。在面向公交实际运行方面,建立各指标的测度模型,运用AHP方法建立评价模型;在面向乘客满意度的方面,以路段运行服务水平、交叉口运行服务水平及站点运行服务水平为潜变量,以路段平稳性、路段速度、车内环境、交叉口等待时间、交叉口停车次数、站点等待时间、站点环境及准点率为显变量,构建面向乘客满意度的快速公交运行服务水平评价体系。3.实例分析,包括第五章和第六章。本部分以济南市快速公交线路(BRT1)作为实例研究,对其实际运行服务水平进行评价,评价等级为E;对基于乘客满意度的运行服务水平评价,结果为C。同时,根据结构方程模型得到指标间的关系为:路段平稳性与交叉口等待时间相关;路段平稳性与路段速度相关;其次是交叉口等待时间与准点性相关;交叉口停车次数与准点率相关;等候时间与准点率相关。车内环境对路段服务水平的影响最大,总效应数为0.723;交叉口停车次数对交叉口的总效应为0.877;准点率对站点服务水平的满意度为0.608。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization, the problems of urban traffic congestion and environmental pollution are becoming more and more serious. The priority to develop urban public transport is regarded as a development strategy by most cities. The urban rapid public transport system based on bus lanes has been popularized. Because of the limitation of planning and design stage or insufficient management level of later operation, there is a certain gap between the actual operation service level of BRT and the expectation. With the improvement of residents' quality of life, the requirements of bus service level are becoming more and more strict. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to evaluate the public transport service level accurately, and to take corresponding measures to improve the service level and increase the share rate of bus rapid transit. Based on the analysis of the operation characteristics of bus rapid transit system, this paper establishes an evaluation index system from two aspects: the actual service level of public transportation and passenger satisfaction. Using AHP to evaluate the actual operation service level of public transportation and the structural equation model to evaluate the service level of passenger satisfaction, the evaluation results from two different angles are compared, taking Jinan bus Rapid Transit Line BRTl as an example. Research its running service level and put forward optimization suggestions. The main research work and conclusion are divided into three parts: 1. Theoretical research, including the first and second chapters. This part systematically combs the development course of BRT, the development of dedicated lanes, the service level and the passenger satisfaction, and points out the necessity of studying the service level of BRT system under the bus-only lane. And has defined this article research object and the research content, has laid the foundation for the following research. 2. Methods study, including chapter 3 and chapter 4. In this part, the characteristics and composition of urban bus rapid transit system (BRT) are systematically introduced, and the models are constructed from two angles of BRT operation and passenger satisfaction. In the aspect of the actual operation of public transportation, the measurement model of each index is established, and the evaluation model is established by using AHP method. In the aspect of passenger satisfaction, the service level of road, intersections and stations are taken as latent variables, and the stability, speed, environment and waiting time of intersections are taken as the latent variables, which are the stability of the road, the speed of the road, the environment inside the vehicle, the waiting time of the intersections. The number of stops, the waiting time, the environment and the rate of punctuality are the obvious variables, and the evaluation system of bus rapid transit (BRT) service level oriented to passenger satisfaction is constructed. 3. Case analysis, including chapter 5 and chapter 6. This part takes Jinan bus Rapid Transit Line (BRT1) as an example to evaluate the actual service level of bus Rapid Transit (BRT1), and to evaluate the service level based on passenger satisfaction. At the same time, according to the structural equation model, the relationships between the indexes are as follows: road section stability and intersection waiting time correlation, road section stability and road speed correlation, intersection waiting time and punctuality correlation. The number of stops at the intersection is related to the punctuality rate, and the waiting time is related to the punctuality rate. The effect of vehicle environment on service level is the biggest, the total effect is 0.723; the total effect of intersection parking times on intersection is 0.877; the satisfaction of punctuality to the service level of the station is 0.608.
