重车荷载作用下桥梁受力分析及冲击影响研究

【摘要】:随着现在我国交通行业不断发展,车辆的动力性能与载重能力不断提高,促使现在车辆自重与运输物件重量不断增加。但由于改革开放以来我国大力发展土建基础设施的建设,高速建设的同时由于当时技术能力与施工方法的局限性,加上长期处于荷载的冲击作用,许多桥梁的承载能力已经有所下降,难以承受现在日益增加的车辆重量。本文主要根据这一点,研究重车荷载作用下桥梁的受力分析及冲击影响,主要做了以下几点工作:(1)研究了国内外桥梁汽车荷载发展历史,并且查找我国重车运输的相关数据,重车造成桥梁垮塌事故等相关数据,证明重车荷载作用对于桥梁健康影响越来越大。(2)车辆荷载作用于桥梁的前提,对荷载效应下的结构计算理论模型进行介绍,并且给出了相关的桥梁振动方程;并且对于汽车荷载效应计算、汽车荷载响应实测及规范的布置形式进行分析,对于其效应组合的发展趋势进行阐述,对于本文所用到的有限元建模软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,与工程计算软件Midas Civil进行了简单的介绍。(3)运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立了车辆和桥梁的实体模型,组合形成车辆通过桥梁时的理论模型,并且通过控制变量方法,保持其他参数不变,改变车重因素,提取桥梁挠度、应力、振动及冲击系数等相关数据,研究其变化规律及桥梁的动态响应。(4)结合重车通过桥梁动荷载实验的工程实例,运用Midas Civil建立相关的桥梁模型,布置车道及车辆荷载,提取模型数据与工程现场实测数据进行对比分析,得出桥梁的受力变化。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the transportation industry in our country, the dynamic performance and the load capacity of the vehicles have been improved, which has promoted the increasing of the weight of the vehicles and the weight of the transport objects. However, since the reform and opening up, our country has vigorously developed the construction of civil infrastructure, while the high-speed construction is also due to the limitations of the technical capacity and construction methods at that time, plus the impact of long-term load. The bearing capacity of many bridges has declined, making it difficult to bear the growing weight of vehicles. According to this point, this paper mainly studies the force analysis and impact effect of bridge under heavy truck load. The main work is as follows: (1) the development history of bridge vehicle load at home and abroad is studied. And look up the relevant data of heavy truck transportation in our country, such as bridge collapse accident caused by heavy car, which proves that the effect of heavy car load on bridge health is more and more serious. (2) the premise of vehicle load acting on bridge, The theoretical model of structure calculation under load effect is introduced, and the vibration equation of bridge is given. And for the vehicle load effect calculation, the vehicle load response measurement and the code layout form is analyzed, the development trend of its effect combination is expounded, and the finite element modeling software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, used in this paper is discussed. A brief introduction to the engineering calculation software Midas Civil is given. (3) the entity model of vehicle and bridge is established by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA, and the theoretical model of vehicle passing through bridge is formed by combination, and the method of controlling variables is adopted. Keeping other parameters unchanged, changing the vehicle weight factor, extracting the bridge deflection, stress, vibration and impact coefficient and other relevant data, studying its change law and the dynamic response of the bridge. (4) combining with the engineering example of the dynamic load experiment of the heavy truck passing through the bridge, The bridge model is built with Midas Civil, and the load of driveway and vehicle is arranged. The model data are extracted and compared with the measured data, and the force change of the bridge is obtained.
