高速公路服务区服务设施的合理配置研究

【摘要】:高速公路作为交通运输系统的重要基础设施,具有运行速度快、通行能力大、运输成本低的特点,其对国民经济和社会的发展具有重要作用。由于高速公路还具有全封闭性的特点,因此,为了保证行驶车辆的运行安全和驾乘人员方便,有必要对高速公路服务区的服务设施进行合理的配置。作为高速公路的重要配套设施,高速公路服务区服务设施的合理配置不仅能有效的保障行驶车辆更安全、更便捷、更高效的运行,而且还能使服务设施资源得到充分有效利用,服务区服务水平得到有效提高。由于国内外对高速公路服务区服务设施的合理配置研究还比较少,本文结合国内外研究成果以及《河南省高速公路服务设施总体规划》项目,对高速公路服务区服务设施的合理配置进行了深入研究,并且重点从服务区服务设施规模方面进行探讨分析。文章首先归纳总结了高速公路服务区的主要功能设施,如停车场、加油站、车辆维修中心、公共厕所、餐厅、商店、住宿场所等;其次详细的分析了高速公路服务区服务设施规模的影响因素,进而引出了影响高速公路服务区服务设施规模的主要参数并对其进行了确定。接着以车辆驶入率——这个影响高速公路服务区服务设施规模的主要参数为研究对象,建立了基于小波神经网络的高速公路服务区车辆驶入率的预测模型,并通过样本服务区数据验证了车辆驶入率模型的可靠性。然后运用粒子群优化算法(Particle Swarm Optimization)和MATLAB编程对服务区车辆驶入率模型进行了求解。最后论文以河南省高速公路服务区为实例,对河南省部分高速公路服务区的车辆驶入率进行了确定,然后利用测算的车辆驶入率来核算服务区服务设施停车场的停车位个数,并与当前服务区停车场的停车位个数进行对比分析,最终对河南省部分高速公路服务区给出了规划建议。这对现有高速公路服务区服务设施的合理配置具有重要指导意义。
[Abstract]:As an important infrastructure of transportation system, expressway has the characteristics of fast running speed, large capacity and low transportation cost, which plays an important role in the development of national economy and society. Because the freeway also has the characteristic of complete closure, in order to ensure the running safety of the driving vehicle and the convenience of the driver and passenger, it is necessary to reasonably configure the service facilities in the expressway service area. As the important supporting facilities of the expressway, the reasonable allocation of the service facilities in the expressway service area can not only effectively guarantee the safe, convenient and efficient operation of the running vehicles, but also make the service facilities resources fully and effectively utilized. Service area service level has been effectively improved. Due to the lack of research on the reasonable allocation of service facilities in expressway service area at home and abroad, this paper combines the domestic and foreign research results and the project of "Master Plan of Expressway Service facilities in Henan Province". The reasonable allocation of service facilities in expressway service area is studied, and the scale of service facilities in service area is discussed and analyzed. Firstly, the paper summarizes the main function facilities of expressway service area, such as parking lot, gas station, vehicle maintenance center, public toilet, restaurant, shop, lodging place and so on. Secondly, the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the service facility scale of the expressway service area in detail, and then leads out the main parameters that affect the service facility scale of the expressway service area and determines it. Then, taking the vehicle entry rate, which is the main parameter that affects the service facility scale of the expressway service area, as the research object, the prediction model of the vehicle entry rate in the expressway service area based on wavelet neural network is established. The reliability of the vehicle entry rate model is verified by the sample service area data. Then the PSO algorithm (Particle Swarm Optimization) and MATLAB are used to solve the model of vehicle entry rate in service area. Finally, the paper takes Henan Expressway Service area as an example, determines the vehicle entry rate of some expressway service areas in Henan Province, and then calculates the number of parking spaces in the service facilities parking lot by using the calculated vehicle entry rate. By comparing with the number of parking spaces in the current service area, the author gives some suggestions on the planning of some highway service areas in Henan Province. This is of great significance to the reasonable allocation of service facilities in the existing expressway service area.
