水泥混凝土路面沥青隔离层力学作用的数值分析
[Abstract]:In the current design of cement concrete pavement, asphalt isolation layer (seal layer) is used in many places to prevent Rain Water from scouring the base course. The practice shows that setting asphalt isolation layer in rainy area can prolong the service life of cement concrete pavement and reduce the occurrence of corresponding diseases. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the mechanical effect of asphalt isolation layer on cement concrete pavement. In this paper, the finite element three-dimensional structure model of cement concrete pavement is established, and the finite element software ABAQUS is used to calculate and analyze it. In this paper, the static load stress analysis, the temperature field stress analysis and the stress analysis under moving load of cement concrete pavement are studied, and the concrete calculation of various loads and temperature stresses under different thickness and modulus of asphalt isolation layer is carried out. The main results are as follows: (1) according to the static load stress analysis, the stress of cement concrete pavement is greatly affected by the thickness and modulus of asphalt isolation layer. (2) according to the temperature field stress analysis, the temperature stress of cement concrete pavement is less affected by the thickness and modulus of asphalt isolation layer, but increasing asphalt isolation layer, The temperature stress of road surface is improved. Although the temperature stress of asphalt isolation layer is greatly affected by the thickness of asphalt isolation layer, but the temperature stress is relatively small, it will not have a great effect on asphalt isolation layer, and can be ignored. (3) according to the coupling stress analysis, The coupling stress of cement concrete pavement is less affected by the thickness and modulus of asphalt isolation layer, and the coupling stress is improved by increasing asphalt isolation layer. Although the temperature stress of asphalt isolation layer is greatly affected by the thickness of asphalt isolation layer, but the coupling stress is relatively small, it will not have a great effect on asphalt isolation layer and can be ignored. (4) according to the dynamic response analysis, The influence of bitumen isolation on the stress of cement concrete surface and cement stabilized macadam base is great. At the same time, the moving speed of vehicle load, the thickness and modulus of asphalt isolation layer have obvious effect on the dynamic action of pavement.
