热铺沥青路面节能施工技术与评价方法研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济快速发展,公路通车里程不断增加,当前高等级公路多采用热铺沥青路面。热铺沥青路面施工能耗大,若设备参数和施工工艺不合理将会导致能源利用不充分,环境污染严重等一系列问题。因此,开展节能施工技术研究对降低公路建设能源消耗具有重要作用。本文结合我国高等级路面建设能耗的实际情况,依托咸旬高速路面施工,对热铺沥青路面节能施工技术与评价方法进行研究。通过研究沥青罐动态加热过程,建立沥青罐“阶梯动态”加热模型,减少了沥青加热能耗;通过研究烘干筒对骨料的加热过程,重点分析了提料叶片和驱动轮磨损对料帘形成的影响,得出影响料帘热交换的因素。研究了双电机搅拌设备功率循环对混合料生产能耗的影响,得出减小功率循环的方法;研究了混合料生产及运输过程中的保温节能技术,提出了沥青混合料保温节能措施。依据摊铺与压实机械设备的作业性能和施工机械与沥青混合料共振学说,得出摊铺与压实设备主要工作参数的选取原则;研究了摊铺机的振动频率和摊铺速度对初压实度的影响,确定了合理的振动频率和摊铺速度范围,制定了紧跟压实工艺,减少了碾压遍数,提高了工作效率,降低了混合料的出料温度。通过分析红外成像仪及电功率检测仪的工作原理,组建了能耗检测系统,建立了生产、运输及摊铺碾压的施工能耗模型和总的能耗计算模型,得出了热铺沥青路面施工节能评价方法。本研究将理论与实践相结合,研究成果在咸旬高速路面施工中进行验证,有效降低了施工能耗,取得了较好的节能减排效果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the mileage of highway traffic is increasing. The energy consumption of hot paving asphalt pavement construction is large, if the equipment parameters and construction technology are not reasonable, it will lead to a series of problems such as insufficient energy utilization, serious environmental pollution and so on. Therefore, the research on energy saving construction technology plays an important role in reducing energy consumption in highway construction. Based on the actual situation of energy consumption of high grade pavement construction in China and relying on the construction of Xian-ten-day high speed pavement, this paper studies the construction technology and evaluation method of hot paving asphalt pavement. By studying the dynamic heating process of asphalt tank, the "step dynamic" heating model of asphalt tank is established, and the energy consumption of asphalt heating is reduced. By studying the heating process of drying drum to aggregate, the influence of material blade and driving wheel wear on the formation of material curtain was analyzed, and the factors influencing the heat exchange of material curtain were obtained. The influence of power cycle of double motor mixing equipment on the energy consumption of mixture production is studied, and the method of reducing power cycle is obtained, and the heat preservation and energy saving technology in the process of mixture production and transportation is studied, and the measures for heat preservation and energy saving of asphalt mixture are put forward. According to the working performance of spreading and compacting machinery and the resonance theory of construction machinery and asphalt mixture, the principle of selecting main working parameters of paving and compacting equipment is obtained. The influence of the vibration frequency and spreading speed of paver on initial compaction degree is studied, the reasonable vibration frequency and spreading speed range are determined, the process of following compaction is established, the number of rolling times is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved. The discharge temperature of the mixture is reduced. Based on the analysis of the working principle of infrared imager and electric power detector, the energy consumption detection system is established, and the construction energy consumption model and the total energy consumption calculation model of production, transportation and spreading rolling are established. The evaluation method of energy saving in hot paving asphalt pavement construction is obtained. This study combines theory with practice, and the research results are verified in the construction of Xianteng high-speed pavement, which effectively reduces the construction energy consumption and achieves better energy saving and emission reduction effect.
